Would never go to this tim hortons back, steph or steb whosoever it was at the window, was bloody rude. We just asked for napkins and she said y r u waiting, and threw d napkins in d car.

Corporate needs to do an overall at this store The walk in service is horrible, there is 20-30 cars that go through the drive in and in that time they've served maybe two ppl inside There was 3 people in front of me and it took me over 30 minutes of waiting to get my order Yet they have more than 6

This is the slowest ever. And their food rack is rusted

I bought apple fritter today and it’s says on the advertising that now they are making Boston cream donuts with more cream and apple fritter donuts with more apple inside them!! SO I went and bought one apple fritter donut and as I am eating I hardly ever see any apple pieces inside the donut!!! So

Horrible attitudes, Rude staff, except a couple decent ones. Most times the drinks are nasty, and a waste of money. Your better of going to the One on the corner of Wellington and Main, much better service.

Small Tim's mainly set up for drive thru business. Small walk up counter. Super friendly staff. No parking. No bathroom.

Went in to buy 4 hot chocolates... the guys behind the counter would not let my 8 year old daughter use the bathroom. They did not care. She's 8 and we had just been at an outdoor skating rink. All other restaurants open for takeout allow people to use the bathroom, especially kids....

Customer service was good. But not everything was available from Menu or utensils or straws
