As a frequent mall goer it’s always a treat to stop at tim hortons for a coffee and a sweet treat. i must say the staff at this location go above and beyond, especially Riley, every sunday morning he serves me my coffee with a smile. It’s the little things that make an experience worth while.
I was eating my supper near the Tim hortons in limeridge mall tonight and I couldn’t help but smile listening to all 3 front staff members positive attitudes and cheerful dispositions as they efficiently helped an endless line of customers.
Great staff and very good customer service. I use their app and pick up my order without having to wait in line.
Pretty consistent with almost every visit at any location we've been to in Ontario & Quebec: Good, hot beverages & friendly, efficient service.
Lucky to have your coffee shop inside the mall…..but don’t go after noons they get so slow 🐢
