The staff are punks the food sucks there's mold all over the place no manager call owner to complain never her back shut the place down and here is pics of my kids fries and the girl says well it is cooked in grease.....

The server was fantastic however the 20 minute wait for chicken was not.
Went to this location at around 8 PM and was told that there would be a 20 minute wait because they had "just sold out what they had ready".
There were already at least 5 people who were waiting before I arrived, so I'm not sure how long they were waiting.
This is not the first time that this has happened at this location!!!!!
I don't understand how a place that sells chicken does not have chicken available at all times.
It's like going to Pizza Hut and them not having dough for pizza - mind blowing

I Was a cook at KFC for 3 years in high school and still enjoyed it quite often back then...it was a great 3 years. But the last few times I wasn't impressed with the taste , smaller servings and higher prices. Not the same at all. And the pre teen looking cashier was super rude and awkward. Feel sorry for my niece and nephew's up and coming generation of disrespectful punks.

Food here is terrible! Fries are undercooked and chicken is overcooked and tastes like it was cooked in grease that hasn't been changed in a year. Stood waiting at the counter while the miserable looking staff chatted with one another in the back, I was clearly visible to both staff members, they just clearly couldn't care less that I was there. KFC's prices continue to rise while the quality of their product continues to fall along with their service. No wonder they seem to be losing business across the board, they've certainly lost my business! Yuck!

Went there yesterday and their air conditioning was not working. It was hotter inside the restaurant than it was outside (outside temperature was 33*C). The poor girl working at the cash was sweating so much and was having a hard time with the heat. The manager provided a huge fan, but it was blowing hot air. No one wanted to stay and eat in their dining room. Take out order was extremely slow and everyone paid for their order and waited in their air conditioned car. We waited almost 1 hour before we got our order.

This must be one of the few old-school "unrenovated/updated" restaurants left, complete with the big KFC bucket above the store. The staff is a mix of veterans and newbies, all of which have been great, but not always 100% accurate. The quality of the meals tends to be quite good (by fast food chicken standards)
The best thing about this location though is the dine-in experience. The huge variety of fellow customers who come through has meant dining in is never boring.
Some of the seating is bizarrely cramped, maybe from a time when fast food customers were a little smaller! Booths next to the window are a little roomier, but you'll take your chances chances if you're heavier/taller and want to dine in when it's busy.
Four stars: not gourmet or glamorous, but decent fast food and great for people watching!

Great service, clean restaurant and has a cool vintage feel with the gold railings. They're quick and friendly whether it's takeout or eating in and the bathroom is clean too. Not bad for a business that's been there for over 20 years.

Place was a bit dirty and the girl behind the counter ignored my little sister when she was asking to use the bathroom. At this certain location there is a key to get into each gendered bathroom. Food was made right and was good though.
