Crash Cours
The girls are not ways the nicest there, I will admit... especially after reading some reviews. But, I went Sunday night and they were good. Took my order, well mannered and when I asked for extra stuff, they actually filled it like they should. Every other DQ in Hamilton, 9/10 times will not add extra stuff when asked.
I'm overall happy with the service and my order :) I'll be returning, hoping that the girls who are not so friendly are dealt with.

Small location. Their website advertises gift card services, but you can neither top up, purchase or (recently) even use a gift card there! For weeks on end now they claim the gift card machine is broken and one has been ordered. I'm ready to call corporate if I don't see this fixed ASAP. Staff have been pleasant, nothing remarkable.

The staff was good and there wasn't much wait, but this location is so tiny and awkward to access it's hard to rate higher. Could benefit from some sort of place for people to sit in the shade, but as is, the place is just fine for walking through and grabbing something

Nothing special. Just DQ. Not friendly nor unfriendly service. What I ordered was enjoyable and made to satisfaction. Pecan Mudslide. Yum.

Ice cream was great and so was the service.
Easy to get to. Couple of benches for sitting.

Our 21st Anniversary and I love ice cream! How sad when we go to purchase a couple of beautiful cakes for our party and an available employee won't assist us with a simple pre order. Had to go elsewhere!

Me and my friend walked all the way from my house to this dairy queen in the heat. (it was an hour walk while the sun was blazing down on us) I was excited to get a blizzard, so we did. I ordered one for me and my friend to share and the girl working there was not respectful at all. Very miserable and showed it. I asked for an extra spoon and cup and she only gave me a cup. I asked for a spoon again and she seemed to huff about it. She spoke with much attitude as well. The blizzard was not even good. There were barely any toppings and they were all at the bottom. My friend who was waiting outside with my dog needed water, so my friend walked inside and politely asked if she could have a cup of tap water for her and my dog. She came back out and said that the girl told her you had to make a purchase, which we did (the blizzard) my dog was becoming dehydrated and I could tell so my friend went back inside to tell her that we needed water for my dog and for my friend and that we had already purchased a blizzard. My friend came back out and said that the girl refused to give her water and that she needs to leave the store if she won't be purchasing anything. We had to go to Tim Hortons for a cup of water. It was around 39 degrees outside and the dairy Queen worker could not give us water. I am honestly really sad how we can walk out there in the heat just for dirty looks from a miserable worker. This isn't the first time. Find some respectful workers. Thank you!
