Review Kfc - Hamilton

Really bad customer service, the cashier was really shy and it was hard to hear her and communicate. I asked for everything fresh she didn’t even tell the kitchen I had to ask her to tell them. I got my food nothing was fresh at all, asked to get fresh fries because they were cold and got attitude from the girl in the kitchen and she used the f word. Really poor experience. never going there again.

Absolutely the most horrible customer service I’ve ever had. Got my order wrong, then said it was what I ordered (short 2 fries but have a gravy in the bag??) Said I ordered salads instead (didn’t) and then just talked over me when I called. Charged for something I didn’t order and didn’t get a receipt. Nasty woman manager with a crazy loud mouth. Shouldn’t be in customer service. Ever

The employees need to get thier heads together. We came here with the family and the cashier looks like she was new, but there was another young lady was confused and confusing everyone. I tried to place an order, and she Interrupt the cashier, and both went and got busy with the order screen. That is very rude just to leave customers hanging there. The owner of this place need to teach these people how respecting a Costumer is. Never coming here again Not a place to get your family for dinner here for sure!!

This place is a joke. So is their app. They have things listed and if you try to order them online or through the app you can't and it just freezes. Also. If you take what ever coupon they have on their app they say they can't. And we even called about this. But they wanted out credit card information over the phone. Then they just hung up on us. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

Went through drive-thru and ordered a large popcorn chicken and a Big Crunch sandwich. I wasn’t asked if I wanted it spicy so it came with just lettuce and mayo. Sandwich was pathetic for the money and the popcorn chicken the box is half the size it once was. Under-staffed and took forever in the drive-thru we won’t return you shouldn’t either!

just had my order delivered, not only am i missing items AGAIN! ID like to know why,out of an 8 peice bucket, you guys thought its oK to put in 5 WINGS!!! the only part of the chicken with THE LEAST amount of meat! if i wanted chicken wings I WOULD HAVE ORDERED CHICKEN WINGS!! 😠😠😠

Went here yesterday, I bought a 2 piece combo ,the fries were barely room temperature and the 2 tiny peices of chicken were ok but for 10 bucks plus tax it looked like I ordered off a kids menu ! My 2 year old could have eaten more that what I received! I feel like I should have gotten more fries, but they were cold so I don't think I missed much ! Sad because I haven't have kfc for about 5 years and was looking forward to it ,but unfortunately I will not be returning! I'll stuck with Popeyes! Kfc went down hill majorly!

Okay so I'm not one really for trying Different things Well eating out especially For lunch.So I get these coupons in the mailTwo can dine for I think it was like$14. So here's my chance to try their chicken fingers & Popcorn chicken.I had the popcorn chicken many years ago and I really liked it. But then they changed it And I didn't care for it so much. Hoping that they might have changed it. I tried it againThis time it was worse. Bottom line It was not a very good meal Even though it was on special I expect a little something but soggy chicken fingers With no flavour Unlike the generic sauces that came with it, And Little spongy Coated chicken balls Once again no flavour.Thank God it was with a coupon Because quite frankly had I paid any more for this I would have brought it back and said no thank you. A little cup Containing two tablespoons At most of slurried mashed potatoes No gravy For me and unsalted french fries For my working partner. Now really I understand that $7 doesn't get you much nowadays But It should get you something . Definitely not the KFC I remember back in the 70s when I was a kid. But today it's all about the Benjamins.Back to Brown bagging it
