You need to pay attention guys. I ordered a pizza and I’ve spotted hair in my food. This is never happened with me before but Today I am very disappointed. You guys really need to do work on these things. I am attaching a picture, I spotted that hair in my pizza, when I took it out, It just disgusting.

I ordered a double cheese pizza and that's what they gave me, that's barely light cheese. So I got them to remake it and they barely gave me regular cheese and it had no sauce when I ordered extra sauce. If people stopped going there maybe they would smarten up and make the pizza as its suppose to be. All these 5-Stars reviews "HEHEHE this is so good, it made me feel good", like please.

Three times in a row this location has made mistakes. No longer will be ordering from them. First time they forgot all the dips and beverages, second time they forgot all the dips and this time the pizza was clearly dropped while baking.

Worst pizza I have ever had. Everyone at my table agrees. The dough is super thin and honestly, I remember Dominos being way better years ago.
It’s like they counted the toppings to the extreme. The slices are smaller than usual for a Large. I’ve had it at Ancaster’s Domino’s and while their quality has gone down hill, at least the slice is actually large. I only came here because I was sick of the Ancaster location.
Could barely taste the cheese. Just bad pizza and $15.
Never coming here again…or returning to Dominos for that matter. 🤮
EDIT: Even after a follow up email, i heard nothing back as seen in the reply from Dominos.

Ordered 4 topping pizza. I was told that topping go less on pizza because there are 4 toppings. Not recommended.onion mushroom jalapeno green peppers.

My family and I have been getting pizza from Domino's (the upper James location specifically) for many years now. They are consistently high quality, perfectly cooked, pizzas with incredible flavour and soft doughy crust that has a very slightly crunchy outside to it. Their pan pizza is to die for and it's what we've been getting for the last year now, the only downside being it only comes in medium. They have lots of deals and frequently have 50% off sales on the app or online so it's easy to save money and have great pizza. A few times over the years they have messed up the order (it's life, happens) but every time they always take great care of me and make it right. We don't usually get the dipping sauces, pop or other things. We have tried the parmesan bites, cheese bread and lava cakes. I would say they're pretty good and a nice side option if you're interested.

You guys are lucky my phone is not allowing me to upload the picture of the pizza that I was given last night for my son‘s birthday… I will just say, There are better pizza places on the mountain such as lava pizza (they are open until 2am as well) Sasso Pizza, any other pizza place really. Dominos has fallen off BIG TIME. This pizza was absolutely garbage
