Been ordering here for over 10 years and I can assure you that this place is one of best places to have fresh and quality pizzas in Hamilton. The owner truly cares about his customers, and always make food beyond their expectations. Employees are professional and offer excellent service.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible How do you screw up a customer order?, They can........ You tell them several times how you want your order , and upon delivery the order is completely wrong. Best pizza in the city. Never been disappointed, I live out of their delivery area, worthy the drive to pickup. Five topping large pick up special is a fantastic deal.

The dough was so thin I couldn't see it and it was wet and soggy. Manager said well that's what they left for me this am. No assistance and no rectifying. Shame on you. Threw out what they felt was a good pizza. Not going back. Had issues and never complained this time we had enough.

I've been ordering from Gino's exclusively for the past year or so. Many years ago, I had my own pizza/wing place and worked hard to make sure my customers got what they ordered and in good time. I always want my pizza cooked well done, so that the toppings don't slide off when you pick it up lol.
