Worst service ever. The rudest staff. I ordered a chicken teriyaki sandwich online with some customs when i picked up i go in my car i check she the the no customization i made online. I go back asked very nicely she started shouting at me. Two girls, both are very rude. 7 may,2022 at 3:30 pm

This is one of the rudest subway I ever visited. I am just eating only 5 vegetables in vege delight sub, when I tell him put more vegetables(because it is only 5), he told me that I can not put more and if you don't want it, that is the DOOR. His name is "SHWETANG" who is the manager of that subway.

35 mins before closing he said they have no baked bread, I said don't you think that is bad business, he got rude and I said I should let your owner know and he said he was the owner, I can't rate lower then 1 but this place is not worthy of anyone's business!

Came in to order soup and sandwich. Person who made soup only filled half way. Then it was placed on top of my sandwich in the bag on its side. Soup spilled in the bag. I visited subway on dundurn on Tuesday March 9th at 11:20 AM and I was not served because I told the cashier I don't eat pork and would like Turkey on my sandwich. Absolutely amazing service today when I went in. Gentleman behind the counter was extremely polite and had a big.smile as he was working. Excellent memory didn't need anything repeated, worked quickly ftllto get four customers their food in a very timely manner. 10/10 will come back to this location
