I've been coming to this location for years. I have never been disappointed in the service or the food. Always fresh fresh fresh and always wonderful, friendly staff. I wasnt able to eat here for a long while and when I came back they even remembered my order which shocked me! Superb service every time!

There should be 2 people working in the lunch time. If you put one person, make sure she is fast. She took 10 min to make my burrito. People with 30 min break has just 5 min to eat. If you go to this place.

Worst Quesada experience ever. Easter 40 mins just for buying 4 burritos. Staff doesn't know how to use coupon codes. Keeps calling the owner. The order takes 25 mins to get ready. It was night time and there were no other orders. Just mine. Never ever going to this restaurant back.

I order through the Uber and They didn’t pack the order in the Quesada specified pack containers. Moreover, I have added queso sauce but they haven’t added in the order and charged me $1.79+tax.
I never recommend anyone to order from this store.

I just received my order from skip the dishes and this is by far the worst experience I've had. First off - the portion sizes are so small for what you pay. Second, the burrito bowl I got had about 6 chunks of steak in it. The chips tasted stale but the guac was ok. And the pièce de ré·sis·tance, the STEAK tacos had NO STEAK and the rest of it was just slapped together. What was more irritating was that when I called them to ask about the order the "manager" who answered said "Oh there's nothing I can do about it, let me check on it ... I wasn't the one who made it, and I'm not a professional driver so you have to complain on skip the dishes for something to be done". Through out the whole thing, there was no apology or accountability taken and so for principle alone I will never order nor go to this place again.
Save your money and go to Burrito Boyz instead! More bang for your buck and actually tastes AMAZING!

I am a burrito bowl guy through and through.
My only experience of burrito bowls is a place I tried in Etobicoke, Mucho Burrito, Chipotle in the states, and Quesada.
I am fairly confident in saying Quesada's bowls are for me better than Mucho Burrito. I just found the veggies were fresh and tasty. The sauce choices were good. I don' t know maybe there isn't that big of a difference; I could be wrong. But I ate twice at the one up on Upper James and I wasn't that impressed. It was quite bland in my opinion.
Quesada seemed way more reasonable.

Ordered a veggie burrito and my roasted veggies were forgotten and left off my item. Very bland. If you think white rice and canned corn have good, strong flavor then this is the place for you. Large chips and queso is a joke, its prolly 4 oz of queso.

Their quesadillas were literally soggy. Never order them. 20minutes with no other customers in the restaurant. Disgusting. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
