I don't understand how hard it is to leave a pizza in an oven for another minute. Anytime we get pizza around dinner time and up it's always soggy not even fully cooked and pretty much still all dough. This is getting ridiculous.

20 minutes for a “Hot n Ready” pizza…every time. I don’t think they understand the concept of hot n ready. Location never has anything and staff roll their eyes at you for even asking. Went to McDonald’s instead.. business is earned, not expected.
Ordered a cheese-less pizza online for delivery. Pizza came fully coated in cheese (we are lactose intolerant). Took four phone calls to find out which location made my pizza, and then all they said was I had to go online and reorder. No mention of how I was going to be reimbursed. Employee suggeste

Pizza portal never works!! Why is it still in place then? Just advertising a feature and not using it is a joke! When the order is ready, why should you wait in the line! Other nearby ceasar's use it! Somebody please guide them to use it, it's so freaking inconvenient everytime!
Under cooked crust. Not the 1st time. Clumps of pineapple, clumps of sausage, clumps of whatever!! Some slices had only one item due to the clumping. This owner needs to set standards and improve training. Staff not professional.
