Edit* Contacted head office and never heard back meaning the company endorses their franchises scamming customers by not refunding bad food. Avoid the entire chain.

The burger and wraps are quite affordable and large. The new Ghost Pepper Mayo is amazing. The best part about Harvey's is that you get to choose the topings.
Always have a great hamburger although the regular ones were a little bigger 54 years ago when i worked there,I don t know if the fries are freshlycut like I use to make thembut I have always thought Harveys was the best
Burgers had no flavor cold hardly any condiments on them .onion rings and fries were cold and over cooked not asked for salt or vinegar ketchup in the bag which I have a severe allergy to and 1 napkin only . I gave you a 1 star cuz there wasn't an option for 0 place has gone down hill.
Very clean, quick service, staff 👌 always very friendly, fun and professional. Wearing gloves, adding all our special requests to our Harvey's burger order.
The Quality was what i expected. my complaint is, i ordered burger that comes with cheese and bacon and they only put the vegetables and sauces on. Very disappointing when you get home and eat.
