I was initially giving w star but changed it to one.
I have been told that I will get a garlic bread and wrong drink replaced. As drink is wrong and bread is really low on cheese and incorrectly made...
I have waited for half hour just to get my bread.
And nothing was offered against my time by the store which is really sad experience as customer.
Attached image1 for bad food. And second time the sent me another one image 2(even sad) cheese is badly spread. Worse in taste and tasted only bread...I think dominos make better garlic bread. Standards are missing I believe even in second time.
However I didn't call again in busy time. But sad experience at 96 main st hamilton.
However, pizza was nicely made.

I wasn't very impressed today! Usually, I get great service and quick! When we ordered online, we watched the progress, it left the store at 625 pm! We just love up main street, usually here 10 minutes tops maybe 15 but this evening, I called the store when it slid online your pizza arrived! Well no it didnt, put on hold, the driver had to make another stop, it took just shy of 45 minutes! Plus, no apology from driver! Plus due to the length of time was not as enjoyable! Very disappointed! I'm in the service industry, try to be understanding but I'm noticing people just don't care anymore!

Honestly, this location is the best! We order enough of the exact same order to know it's consistently good for a chain pizza spot. Had a mix up with dips once and they handled it with no hassle. Always arrives hot.

Still my favourite place for takeout or delivery pizza. The crispy thin crust is perfect to keep your carbohydrates under control. It's like ordering pizza on a cracker!
The "Extravaganzza" is my go-to choice from the Feast collection. It's as close to "everything-on-it" (except anchovies) as I can get.
I really miss Domino's "unlimited toppings" pizza (really restricted to 10 toppings for practical purposes) where you can construct your perfect pizza, but it's been missing from the menu for a very, very long time.
Still, on the whole, it's the nicest fast, decent, tasty pizza place that doesn't have the bitter tomato sauce like Pizza Pizza, or Pizza Hut. No matter what store I order from, it is completely consistent, made by real pizza artists, without feeling like it was made by a machine.

Took like 1hr to deliver pizza. They send driver to collect payment after 30 minutes and then they send pizza after like an hr. Food quality was Very disappointing

We love Domino's pizza including the delicious gluten free pizza. It's even great the next day! The staff at the store are also efficient and friendly when we stop in to pick up our order.

Always hot, always fresh never have a problem with orders being delivered wrong or taking forever. The staff are always so friendly. Love our local Dominoes location on Main. Thank you, you guys rock!

They were wonderful. Got 20% off for ordering more than 10 pizzas (group gathering) and they helped carry the pizzas to my card. Super fast. Super friendly!
