Review Pita Pit - Hamilton

Love this location! The staff are always super nice and I find the food to be made very intentionally. I've had pretty bad service at other pita pits and this one is always great!

On February 1st i arrived to pickup a skip the dishes order. I followed instructions via app and tapped that i was "parked at restaurant". I then went inside waited for 1 minute and as i am collecting the order, was yelled at by a male staff member in front of his female coworker and other patrons. He was upset that i selected "parked at restaurant" earlier than the pickup time which i told him was the instructions that the app gave me. Between being parked and collecting the order was a span of 3 minutes... He was incredibly rude continuing to yell in the establishment while he was on his bluetooth headset talking on the phone and serving customers. He almost refused to give me my order when i told him he was incorrect and the female coworker handed me the order so that i could be on my way. Other customers were confused as well and were shaking their head and he had the nerve to tell the skipthedishes support that i was rude. This was an unwelcoming experience and the first i have had on shift in my 5 years delivering he was very unprofessional. I would never go back here personally for food as he was belittling and i was working not even ordering. I saw another order from there and declined as i did not wish to get into a back and forth. Very bad customer service.

Work nearby. They treat all customers exceptionally well. Make each pita with care and to your specifications. At the end of the day the food is as you'd expect but the staff really make it great.

Took 25 mins from order to handover, staff refused toppings - claiming we couldn't request more than one cheese/topping - it was a basic pita, from a place that prides themselves on pitas.

Nice place normally good pitas but their gyros are terrible they don’t even taste like a gyro and the meat they use is too salty and does not taste like gyro meat. Normally I love their pitas but their gyro is terrible don’t order it.

Good food, great service and good value. The location was nice and clean and the staff were excellent

I ordered through Uber Eats. Paid for extra meat but the pita had almost no meat on it. Disappointed.

Always a great experience when going here. The staff is always helpful and friendly, they actually converse with the customers which makes the atmosphere more welcoming. Food is always good, never really had a problem, except the odd not enough cheese or sauce etc, but that could be chalked up to personal opinion. I find it a bit pricey for what you get, but maybe I'm cheap :P

5 Stars are not enough for this Pita Pit location. The staff are sincerely friendly, efficient and professional. The food is always fresh and consistent in its preparation. The store itself is impeccably clean. I can not recommend it enough!

Had my first falafel today so had no idea what to get on it. Thanks so much to the friendly staff for your suggestions and helping me with the toppings...it was so delicious! I'll definitely be back soon. �

I absolutely love this location!! they have the best & friendliest staff, the food is always amazing, everytime I go in the restaurant is always clean, no matter how busy they are! I have been to several pita pit locations and this one is by far my favourite and my go to location! � it's always a great experience and their pita chips.. are AMAZING!!!

This place is incredible, all the employee's are extra genuine and the service is the best in-town! Great team and a great atmosphere, a must check out! One one of the best additions to Concession Street! Best of luck guys! :) <3 and oh the food is GREAT too!

I don't leave many reviews, but the Concession St Pita Pit is the best one I've been to and deserves a 5 star rating. Always fresh, delicious, and served with a smile!

The staff is fantastic. Since this location opened iI'mm pretty sure we have a pita once a week from here. They're awesome and I'm flabbergasted that the owner works shifts in the store. Its nice to see someone building with their business rather than getting other to do it. You're inspiring, Dear and you all make a mean pita! :)
