We were already frustrated with the order because it took over two hours for it to arrive (not the fault of the delivery driver) but when we opened it up, found a used tissue in one of our containers. Its foolish to talk badly about customers in a different language while working in a city that is so diverse. You never know which members of the public understand the language you speak. Act professional and respectful your customers, especially during Ramadan of all times.

Our meal was abundant and delicious. Especially like the seedless olives and paper packaging. Only recommendation is that we didn’t want plastic utensils.

The food was good, but they use the same tongs for meat and the spinach pie being a vegetarian that is utterly gross.

The food was pretty cold and the portion size was far smaller than most other Jimmy the Greek locations that I have been to.

If you are in Niagara region and looking for finger licking delicious plate, don’t miss JTG @ outlet mall. Warm welcoming and the super friendly service is absolutely tremendous. Chicken is so fresh, yummy and tender and the best tzatziki I have ever tasted. Would definitely return!
