Went to the Parkdale loacation through the drive through. I ordered a Ham and Cheese sandwich. They informed me that they were out of all buns and wraps and the only other option was a Bagel. I agreed on the bagel option.

When going in to get food it takes a while to actually order, they always, and I mean always have a new person working the front cash by themselves. This is nothing against new people running cash, but more they aren't trained properly to cover everything. Everything is focused

Ordering a ceaser wrap and getting a wrap with just tomato ranch and chicken... check.

Super fast in the drive through. Had about 9 cars ahead and only took 3 mins to get my order. Way to go! Super friendly as well.
Debit machine wasn’t working and the staff didn’t seem to care. Wasn’t putting in any effort to resolve the issue. Very disappointed. Seems to me it is a regular occurrence maybe that’s why the staff was so nonchalant about it. Too bad for you no coffee, next time carry cash.
The Staff is very courteous. I liked the way our order was taken with a smile although it was a large order.
