Sandwiches were awesome. Very first time redeeming a free sandwich. Very friendly, helpful and patient with me. From the moment I walked in until I left. I was impressed. Very clean. The staff knows names of each customer. Even the customers are friendly. My boyfriend and I must have had 4 conversations during the 45 minutes we were there. We must have had about 25 people greeting us both while outside having a cigarette. My boyfriend and I agreed we will start coming there more often. I can't wait! A true hidden gem in Hamilton.
