This places is gross. Just huge piles of meat everywhere . Was not impressed as this brand is supposed to count for quality food. Really sad when people don’t care. Avoid! There were sharp bone splinters in the chicken, even a half thigh bone in one. The rice had been left out too long and was going sour. Basically for going bad and even dangerous. It was covered in sauce to try to hide it.
Picked this up after work last night from the Barton location. Ordered mild as I don't do well with really spicy stuff. Bought it specifically to bring with me to work today for my lunch because I've been craving a chicken shwarma with rice lately. The guy puts white sauce all over it and 5 drops
The food here is delicious and of great quality, even in comparison to other Osmow's locations that I've gone to. The employees are kind and listen to any minor requests I have for my orders. If I don't want lots of sauces, I simply specify that and they get it right every time! Definitely recommend
First time customer, purchased the chicken kebab platter with sides.
Entire platter is smothered in sauces I didn't ask for, container is soaked through. Cardboard-flavoured rice, sour tzatziki that tastes like it's made with mayo, sickly sweet garlic sauce, veg the texture of baby food. Strangest
I was excited to eat from here. I went in with my husband he ordered, when it was my turn to order the guy taking the order refused to acknowledge me at all and when I asked for clarification as to what comes in the combo he acted annoyed and angry that I even asked. Ordered chicken on veggies. Photos show fresh grilled veggies. The veggies I got were over grilled, brown colored, and not flavorful at all. Didn't taste fresh. The spices used were not complimentary to the meal. The chicken also didn't taste fresh and seemed over cooked.

I've gotten violent dysentery the last two times I've eaten here. It's been three days since I had the shawarma and my stomache is still in knots. I have to assume there are some sanitation and safe food practices not being followed.
