I came here for a sandwich last Thursday afternoon and it was the best subway experience of my life. There was no lineup, surprisingly, so I was greeted and helped immediately and my sandwich was prepared lightning fast but with perfect accuracy. The two ladies working were friendly, good listeners,

To anyone new in the area, take every review at this mall that says "bad customer service" with a grain of salt. Lots of people here expect to be treated like royalty.
