I used to love this place but have been unlucky the last few times. Last time I they forgot to put chicken in my shawarma. Today I got a scrawny shawarma and he didn't put a drop of the garlic sauce in it. Disappointed.

Great place to get some quick, no-fuss food, inexpensive and you get a lot for what you pay for. Their chicken poutine and BBQ dinners are great. Food is very filling and good for before or after some drinks on Hess.
Looks like a run down place on the outside but the food and flavours are wonderful. The portion sizes for the poutine is small so get the large if you plan on sharing. The food is cheap though!
Great food - huge portions - friendly service - would absolutely recommend! Only down side is location , bit of a seedy area with homeless people asking for money upon entering and exiting - would not bring little ones there to eat - will do take out next time!

Horrible customer service, most unhygenic restaurant n staff ever ,can u believe while making shawarma they didnot even place a paper underneath n dragged it from one corner to the other over the counter while putting toppings n when asked them to put paper
Amazing food. And their rice is great, everypne else fills the rice with oil. Vida La Pita is the only middle eastern restaurant I know of that doesn't.
I ordered the bbq plate and added hummus and it was bad (spoiled) and they put it between the rice and the bbq so it ruined the whole plate .
I threw everything in the garbage and still hungry will not order from this place again
