I have been to many Osmow's and this location is no different in terms of food. The food is good and the portion size is generous. The big difference at this location is the staff. They are always kind, friendly and thoughtful. Tonight when I brought my 2 year old to pick up takeout after a long day, the lovely gentleman cooking our food gave my son a free portion of fries to munch on while we waited. What a kind gesture and much appreciated! We will continue to patron this establishment and you should too!

I was hungry this week and popped in here for some takeout. The service was good with the food being good, but not great. The falafel order was quite over cooked and deep fried far too long; not the best in colour and outer texture due to this. Overall, this experience was good but would recommend if food is not up to par when serving it, pull it back and ensure your best food is supplied to the valued customer. Thank you - Cheers!

I never write reviews but with this terrible experience I felt like I had to. Absolutely horrible customer service. First they get your order wrong and don't answer their phones. Had to drive all the way in to get my correct order, even after I ordered delivery. No compensation or sympathy given whatsoever by the owner. Rice and chicken are cold and dry, not to mention the chicken is basically non existent. I've had Osmow's plenty of times, but never coming back to this location. Would recommend others to avoid this location as well.

I tried other Osmow's and we'll aware of their tastes. In this particular location all the items I orders are not up to the mark...incl the salad!! I'm not sure if its because of the 'chef' or its like this all the time! When I was there I seem to find the owner of the store. While all the employees were with face covering...the owner was talking over phone and with employees without any face mask!!

The staffs really go above and beyond expectation especially for the Manager. The foods are all good and cook with perfection. Can't wait to return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking somewhere to eat. And yooooooo we got a free water bottle 😉. Will be back!

First time ordering from here. It was the best shawarma location I’ve had. Loved the food. We got the beef loaded wrap with lots of toppings, I really enjoyed the beef nice and fresh. Fast service at this location too I like the screens.

I really love osmow’s especially their chicken with lots of garlic sauce. But when I moved in Hamilton and ordered a lot of times in this branch I noticed they don’t put a lot of garlic sauce and makes your chicken on the rocks dry if you won’t pay for an extra garlic sauce. It’s different in Toronto because they are very generous with the garlic sauce. You don’t have to pay extra.

I don’t really write reviews but let’s give er a try. TERRIBLE! which is an understatement. Had my wife pick up food for dinner tonight which we live 5 minuets away from the location. Got it home and the rice was so over cooked and yet some how cold and dough like, it tasted just off something was definitely wrong with it. So I figured I’d just go and ask them to remake it with some fresher rice or maybe get something else. I was then told that I would have to repurchase my meals in order to have it made fresh and that I was wrong and the food was completely fine. I wasn’t about to do that seeing as I just purchased food from there less than 10 minutes ago. I’ve had osmows many times I work right down the street from one so I have it often. Listen to the reviews people, this place just doesn’t care I even left all my food there because I honestly wasn’t gonna eat it and no one should have to. Just go else where it’s not worth your time.
