Excellent service with even better management! Come here every week with my family and the staff are consistently friendly and attentive to anything I need! The deals here are ridiculous, can't beat an $8 burger and $4 beer. If you're looking for a place to have a good time, look no further.

Normally the service is decent and quick, and the food and portions too. Today put me off though. The calamari was a tiny portion and very oily; not worth $11.99. Also, the burgers (which had a half slice of bacon on each) we ordered came after 1 hour and 14 minutes with only 7 individuals ahead
Tried calling order for pick up from your Centennial Pkwy location in Hamilton this evening. Lady that answered placed us on hold for 10mins. Hung up and called back to hear voicemail not set up. Had to venture to the restaurant to put in order. No apology for the trouble when calling, just fluffed
Good food and very reasonably priced. Our server Brianne had a full bar all by herself but still managed to attend to us in a very timely fashion. She was great! The manager on duty was very welcoming and friendly. Great experience overall. Will be coming back.
I had one of the worst experiences in outside dining at Hamilton's Chuck's restaurant. First, you see no one at front door to assist with getting a table.
