This place has the "BEST" jumbo sized wings period! Order of the day: First batch, Pineapple Curry. Second batch, Honey Mustard. This place never fails to deliver in terms of quality, consistency, tastiness and speed. I feel for the owner, his wings are so damn good they are always swamped with orders. Quick tip if his delivery drivers are overwhelmed order through Uber Eats. Discount codes aplenty. Remember to tip guys. Price of gas is hitting everyone especially small businesses the hardest. All the same show some love for this joint. I self proclaim La Bella Pizza on Barton St. The best wings in Ontario. And that's saying a lot for someone who's lived in both the US and Canada. 😋😋😋😋

I have been ordering here for years have told many people about this place. But!! The last couple times i notice things changing. I love real bacon on my pizza and latley the portion is getting smaller and smaller on my pizza. Then charged delivery charge to now never before have they charged delivery charge. I rather pay a little more for the pizza and they dont portion control like they do now. This is why i always ordered from Bella theire was plentyful of toppings now the toppings are getting less and less.I understand the delivery charge not everyone tips well and gas is getting expensive. Please Bella charge more for pizza and dont cut back on portion of toppings . This is how you lose customers.where the bacon ???

Hour and 20 min for a pizza to be delivered and it was cold, well more cool then anything. Wings half had sauce on them and cold, at least the pops came warm, I mean who doesn't enjoy a warm pop with cool pizza 🤷🏻‍♀️. Spend 50$ for this what a waste. Used to be my favorite pizza place. But no more. They cant even put sauce on the wings properly

Greasy. Sauce is super low quality. Brutal communication. Definitely wouldn't order again.

This place is... AWESOME! Being close to my work I end up sneaking over from time to time and had been there on numerous occasions. First off let me say I love pizza and have tried many, this one is VERY TASTY! They never skip on toppings, always add lots of cheese, and the crust is just right. Would easily recommend giving them a try 👍 Enjoy! Be careful though, you'll be back 😁

Was my favorite pizza place for years. As of late pizza deliveries take what is described as an hr by the call taker but is actually 1.5 hrs most often. Once they arrive, some of ur order does not. You will NOT recieve ur items ..they will say they r sending the driver...2 hrs later ur still waiting. Calls to the store will not help, they will tell u u didn't order it, that u weren't charged and even read u back an order that is half what u ordered and tell u still that u are wrong. Do urself a favor and order from anywhere else and enjoy all the items u paid for, delivered in a timely manner. The Bella on King St for instance has a much better review

I drove from Cambridge to Hamilton for a pizza, with gas over 175.9... what does that tell you?? And you can't beat their deals! Highly recommend getting food here any chance you get!

When I was pregnant with my first... I craved this pizza!!! Low and behold I move back 13 years later and they still open... you can only imagine my excitement!!! Great pizza!!! Never stingy on the toppings... I love pizza... and I LOVE Bella... but these guys... I don't know man... they been ignoring my calls and not answering... poor service... especially for a long time customer as myself... I now order from Hi-line on Gage as they are nicer and answer the phone So I am updating... it has been months since I attempted to order from Bella... and low and behold... again... I have called a few times and I am unable to get through? No one will answer the call?? I get being short staffed... but they aren't even answering the phone... and plus... in the past when I would enter Bella to pick up my pizza I would stand there for at least 5 mins while your staff sat in the back and chatted and laughed... I believe this is beyond being short staffed due to the pandemic and it is a lack of customer service... I still want to order from Bella I just don't get how I can when nobody will assist me?

By far the best pizza you will ever get in Hamilton! The pizza is always fresh, loaded with toppings with the perfect amount of sauce. I usually never eat the pizza crust but their pizza dough is amazing. I eat the crust even without the dipping sauce. They have great customer service and fast delivery. Bella pizza never fails me, its my go to place. I definitely recommend this place to anyone!

If you want to wait an hour and 15 minutes for pizza and wings, call this place! I am 900 meters from this place (got delivery because my friends and I are drinking) and I’ve never waited so long!!! The delivery guy wasn’t even nice at all, and the food was barely warm. Probably won’t order from here again. Not worth the hour and 15 minute wait.

i've tried a lot of pizza around hamilton, and there are places i like, but the other day i wanted to try a new place. after googling and reading lots of reviews, i decided to try bella. i was beyond impressed. your pie was everything i was craving, and it satisfied my craving big time! the toppings were fresh and generous (i had pepperoni, red onions, mushrooms, black olives, and extra cheese), the crust was the perfect thickness (not so thin as to be crunchy, but not so thick as to be doughy), the sauce was very flavourful but not overpowering, the cheese on the pizza was warm and stringy. it was near pizza pie perfection! i will definitely be a regular customer! best pizza in hamilton! � �

We love this place! It's around the corner from us, pick up is very quick and delivery is also on time. The pizza and wings are soooo good even family and friends who try it at our place love! Highly recommend

Forget PizzaPizza, Topper's, Pizza Nova etc!! This is hands down the best pizza I've had! Top-notch quality yet soooo cheap; also they offer a variety of pizza flavours including Butter-chicken and Chicken sharwama pizzas which are definitely a must-try!

My husband and I just visited the Fennell Avenue location for the first time tonight to try Bella Pizza’s Deep Dish Chicago Style Pizza. It was so good. Piping hot and loaded with 5 toppings, tons of cheese, just the right amount of sauce and a very tasty parmesan coated pizza crust. Very friendly staff too. Our new favourite pizza place! Looking forward to trying their yummy looking Panzerotti at our next visit.

BARTON LOCATION Shit service. Very disgusted. Waited 1.5 hours for a pizza. It showed up cold. Sent it back. Then you didn’t want to deliver it back to my house and not even an offer of a price cut. You guys suck! Worst pizza place ever yet you were my favourite. You disgust me with your service! Poor poor poor is all I can say. I hope everyone see this and you lose business because you don’t deserve business the way you treat your customers!

I was beyond disappointed with our food. My husband and my self ordered there last night and it was by far the easiest order. I ordered a roasted beef sub and my husband a chicken shawarma, the sub had no meat on it at all and my husbands barley any chicken and the cost was over 22 dollars! I am extremely disappointed and will never order from here again what a waste of money!

Best pizza and wings on the east mountain! They are very promp in delivery and pick up is usually only 20 minutes! Highly recommend

Just had pizza from the Fennell Ave E location, and it was amazing. First time to Le Bella and I wish it was in my hometown. Best pizza sauce I have had in a while. Will be coming back. Also got the kiddos seal of approval.

I always used to order from Bella Pizzia until there was a hair in the Pizzia so we called and they brought us another pizza and a another hair in the pizza so never again will I order from there again

Great pizza, even better poutine, and good customer service when things go wrong. I think the only thing I wish were different, is a frequent customer deal. I buy poutine from them so often, a sort of punch card would be awesome. Ha ha ha. Edit: the previous review is true as of last year, but the last 6 or so months, their quality has plummeted. Their poutines are almost always dry below the top layer, and more often than it should, the gravy tastes sour, like vinegar.

For us Bella's is a Friday night favourite! Great Pizza and wings and Parmesan cheese sticks all for affordable prices!! Delivery guy is awesome as well!!

I'm a pissed off costumer, I go to Bellas easily twice a week, loyal customer, well tonight my hubby worked later and I was unable to leave three small.children and walk the ten houses, well long story short I ordered an x large pep (11.30$ after taxes) and a large fries, well a 16$ meal.just cost me 26$ after delivery (10 houses from them) and the large fries are burnt and the pizza is soggy! So not happy atm!

I ordered a pizza, it arrived in 30 mins. When I opened it all of the toppings had slid to one side, I'm assuming the driver mishandled it or had to brake suddenly on the way over. I called immediately and explained what had happened, I was told that they would make it now and send a new one over. I wasn't even mad. After 55 mins I called and asked where it was and I expressed my frustration that if they where replacing a pizza that it shouldn't take twice the time as the first one, that's not good customer service. I then said I want my money back, at that time the driver showed up and I still said I don't want either pizza I just want my money back he still said no so I said I will never order from you guys again.

I have been the 10th customer since the beginning of Bella Pizza. Originally asian owned and operated, cjanged over the years and now packistan people prepare the food while still asian owned. <br/><br/>The packistan employees are idiots, mess up the orders all the time, don't cook the food right and lie.<br/><br/>The original staff made bella pizza a good business. The packistan staff are incompetent fools.<br/><br/>The amount of toppings is good. The crust is good.<br/>The staff are fools. Do not ask for delivery, you should pick up.<br/><br/>The dipping sauce has always been runny and gross but the pizza is really good.

Good food - nice service. Both locations are good! Only complaint I have is that they cover the pepperoni with cheese so it doesn't get cooked very good at all.

We have been getting our Pizzas from here for years now.  We found this back then, due to Pizza Hut severely lowing the quality of theirs (we used to buy PH all the time before).<br/><br/>So we took a chance on Bella.  We where happily surprised to find that it was a million times better than PH.<br/>Also, importance to us, is that Bella pizza is consistently good.<br/><br/>Service/delivery is excellent as well.<br/><br/>HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT, even if you don't live close... yeah, it's that good!

I order from this place the pizza is always super hot and tasty freshly made the poutine is very tasty we ordered 3 poutines they were warm and very good 2 special and 1 normal poutine very very good food i did not drink my soda until after eating most of my small deluxe poutine i would suggest ordering from this place the take out is good and worth my money the delivery guy is very well professional dressed and always has proper change very cool guy thanks bella and keep the fresh ingredients coming and my girl friend had a slice and she is picky when it comes to pizza it has to be fresh ingredients and hot the wings i order with the large pizza were big and crispy done right with a very good bbq wing sauce.

The best pizza I have had in years.  I used to love Pizza Hut until it became terrible. Would of never thought of ordering from Bella Pizza until my son came over and ordered it recently.

15 years and still yummy :). I Have ordered from here for years now and also ate from here growing up my parents loved them and so does my family my son loves bella pizza. The have great food , prices ,service and employees! Recommend to anyone :)!

Great vegetarian pizza. I've been ordering weekly from Bella Pizza for four months now. Double spinach, mushroom, cheddar cheese. Sometimes we add roasted garlic. The pizza always arrives hot, the crust is crispy, and the toppings are mighty ample. I've tried other pizza places in town too. While the delivery time is about the same, Bella tops them all in terms of taste and quality.

Just ordered it for the first time. Got their large panzerotis, and wings. Hands down the best delivery.

Ewww. My husband and I ordered from here last nite, he took one bite of the burger and wouldn't eat it. I had a pulled pork poutine, it wasn't horrible but it wasn't good and they overkilled the gravy and I usually get extra gravy( which I did not ask for this time since it was my first time ordering). I also got an assorted sub and I did not like the meat and they over killed the sauces. I will not order from here again.

If you want authentic, look elsewhere!. After reading reviews I was stoked to try there pizza and I was let down big time. If you are looking for a real italian pizza you will not find it here. I found there pizza mediocre at best, not much different from other non italian pizza places like 2 for 1, perfectly fine if you are starving or have been drinking but the flavour is just not there for my tastes. I am Italian and I have high standards for pizza.

They always make our pizza and wings perfect. I love the sauce they use on the pizza. The wings are big juicy and delish.My neighbours always order from there too and love it.

Consistently GOOD!. I am always extremely pleased with Bella's! The food is always consistent, and totally exceeds expectations every time. If you're in the mood and craving a panzerotti or two. (I recommend get it baked instead of fried) It's a great deal for two and they are massive!!! Always friendly and prompt service. Thanks for all the great dinners Bella's, they are greatly appreciated

Delicious Food, Nice People. We love the pizza. They are so generous with the toppings and the mozzarella is really good. The wings are great! The salads and breads are good. The prices are very fair. The people are efficient and nice. We will not order from anywhere else!

Large pizza was the size of a medium and was meh, although the previous review about generous toppings is true. Teeny wings- really small. I won't bother again.

It's very good pizza. Didn't expect much, I was very pleasantly surprised. Bacon Poutine is awesome!

Great Each Time. I've only had their pizza 2-3 times with friends, but every time it was great.<br/><br/>It is the one pizza place that gets the point in regards to amount of toppings.<br/><br/>The pepperoni pizza is spectacular, and the meat lover's is great as well!
