This is an updated review, where I gave this location 5 stars, 3 years ago. This used to be my favourite burrito spot for the longest time and have had to see it's quality decline every visit. Their hot sauce is still the best, please bottle it and sell it.

Always love it here. Fresh ingredients, friendly laid back service and good portions. I’ve got a bunch of dietary restrictions and I’ve never had a problem here either. Prices are going up everywhere, if that’s an issue you can always make it yourself 😋

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order for 1 burrito for pick-up on Uber Eats. Within 15 minutes the app said that the order was ready for pick-up. My partner went inside to pick-up the order. After waiting 20 minutes they asked about the status of the order and got a blank stare from an employee with no answer. Looking around everyone else had been waiting for their orders for far too long as well. After asking 3 times where the order was it had now been 40 minutes since the order was said to be ready. They put it on the grill for 20 more minutes making it an hour since it was said to have been ready. I got the order and it was terrible. I should have just asked for a refund there but they said it was on the grill, I didn't know that would mean it would take 20 more minutes. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had.

ordered food via doordash and the chips and salsa were delicious as they were with my previous order from this restaurant, however my steak burrito had a hair in the meat. the meat also was extremely chewy and had a disgusting texture. not impressed :-(

First time trying this place yesterday and I loved it. Ordered a steak burrito and it was incredible. The salsa in particular was the best I've ever had.

Visited yesterday with friends for lunch, we just beat the rush in and the service was very quick very friendly. I got the large chicken burrito with almost all the topings. We sat down waited it did take a little long to get the burrito considering all they had left to do was toast the burrito but nonetheless we received them and they were very very nice and hot! These burritos are a very good size and you're definitely getting your money's worth almost all my friends couldn't finish their burritos because of their size and I think mostly because of the amount of rice and beans... Which is a good thing! Would recommend to anyone who likes burritos! Oh and the bowl was my friends order of a chicken bown also looking incredible, ps either their white sauce is a little bit garlicy or the chicken is shawarma flavored so you will find a familiar Shawarma taste in these burritos

What can I say about the burritos I ordered? To start I will say that they are way to packed with food but it is not distributed evenly. I got all the avocado at the end of the burrito and the the sour cream on one corner and the cheese in the middle...it was not spread evenly if you know what I mean. Then the flavour...let me put it this way: this are the worst burritos I EVER tasted in my 42 years!!!! The guacamole was soooo bad it was ridiculous, the sour cream? Awful, then it has so much food inside that you can’t even bite it without the burrito literally exploding all over you! With Mexican food less is more, what it makes Mexican food good is the flavour not the quantity. I paid so much for this 2 burritos ($30.00!!!) and I’m just pissed! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy...unless my enemy knows nothing about Mexican food and won’t notice the difference between awesome and garbage. Go to Mesa on James street and you will see what a good burrito is! Not this ones for sure! Sorry but I will never, ever order anything from this place! EVER!

I'm so disappointed that I have to give this business a negative review. I usually go to Burrito Bandidos about 4 times a month, and lately I've noticed the quality has been steadily declining. Today I ordered a small shrimp bowl, which in the past came so packed with ingredients that I struggled to finish it. This time I got a small handful of rice, 5 tomato chunks, and the rest was filled up with lettuce. The rice was hard and undercooked, and barely warm. I came an a little over an hour before closing time, so I shouldn't have received the end of the night leftovers. <br/><br/>Like the other reviews have said this place was awesome, friendly staff and great atmosphere, but if I'm still hungry after paying $10.75 for takeout I'm not the happiest customer.

I had lunch today at Burrito Bandidos. I discovered Burrito Bandidos in April and had a delicious burrito then.<br/> I ordered what I always order when I get a burrito ... a large chicken burrito. I love burritos and this one was delicious! It was soooooooo jammed with tomatoes, beans, rice, chicken, cheese, salsa and burrito sauce. I couldn't even finish half of it so I wrapped it up and will have it for lunch tomorrow.

This was my first time going to burrito bandidos. I didn't want to eat too much so I got the small instead of the large. The small is HUGE and is so heavy, I can't imagine what the large is like. The staff was very friendly. There are a good amount of toppings you can have but only three different sauces. All of the toppings were very fresh and the I was seriously impressed by the amount of food you get. It was perfectly put together so all of that food didn't spill out and it was delicious! I would definitely recommend it and I can't wait to go again.

I had lunch at Burrito Bandidos. I ordered a large chicken burrito. I love burritos and this one was delicious! It was jammed with tomatoes, beans, rice, chicken, cheese, salsa and burrito sauce. My favourite place to get a burrito is Burrito Boyz and this one reminded me of theirs. As it turns out, the owner of Burrito Bandidos used to be one of the owners of Burrito Boyz. I'll definitely have a Burrito Bandidos' burrito again!

Thumbs up I guess.... Nice atmosphere and good service, but the burrito (small chicken) was bland, the meat was dry and lacked flavour. I feel like maybe with some added sauces and spices could have easily changed my opinion. Overall, I liked the decor, location and atmosphere but the food needs a little work. Will return to try the Halibut.

Amazing burritos. Have had 3 burritos so far and halibut is amazing followed by steak burrito. want to try other flavors but keep coming back for the hali.Service was quick and friendly as well. Also has free WiFi so you can surf while you watch them make your burrito
