Located in a busy strip mall with limited parking but don't let that keep you from stopping in to this absolute gem! Once you've tried the fresh, hand-stretched noodles this place serves up, nothing will compare ever again. These dishes are full of flavor and worth every penny!!

Love their noodle. But about the side dishes tho. The lamb sticks that you see on the right is 7 dollars. And last time I ordered a spiced beef dishes they have for 8 dollars. I received 6.5 thin slices. And about the dumplings. They were nice enough to have a promotion for them on Uber. But why the free dish contains more quantities than the one I paid 8 dollars on. Feel free to order some on Uber to understand my struggles here. 2 pieces == 2 x-small pieces, 2 sticks == 2 mini sticks. 1 plate is you grabbing your smallest dessert plate that you use when you on a diet. Am I just getting the currency wrong? Because other than that I don’t know how to explain this. Ps don’t reply me with you use HIGH QUALITY INGREDIENTS. I purchase high quality food and I don’t spend the wholesale price.....

Had the Wonton Noodle soup with hand pulled noodles. Broth pretty good, delicious 5 spice flavors. Would love to know the region of China or Asian cuisine, pardon my ignorance. I know I couldn't make the broth... Umm back to the food, Wonton had 8 dumplings, delish. Had the soup dumplings and beef short ribs. Packaging is in plastic and so hot. I'm curious to try the cold hand pulled noodles now, reminds me of a poke bowl umami deliciousness.

Update - No longer recommended due to food quality concerns... Old review: Although not perfect, Noodle Me is a pretty good option for noodles. The noodles have the right texture for Chinese noodles and there's a variety of ways to customize your noodles by adding different proteins. They also have a few different kinds of noodles to choose from. The restaurant has a clean and bright interior and the service was attentive when we went, although a bit amateurish. (Which can be forgiven as they're just opening up). I feel like there's a number of great values on the menu given how reasonable their price points are. It's good to see Hamilton having new Chinese places on its culinary landscape. I do have one point I would like to make, which is that their noodle soup has small pieces of bone that can be quite sharp. I think it'd be better to leave the bone in bigger pieces so people don't accidentally choke on them.

My favourite little noodle shop in Hamilton. House made noodles, tasty as heck. I ordered the house special and the brisket. Both were excellent.

Lovely cold noodles and a fair serving for only 11.99. Partner had a big warm bowls of dumpling soup which was fresh and full of greens. Loved the hand chopped noodles both cold and hot.

Got takeout last night and it was so yummy! We ordered two house special soup noodles. The soup was plentiful and the toppings were all done well. The shaved noodles, which my partner got, were very filling whereas the rice noodles, which I got, felt lighter, so keep that in mind when deciding which noodle to get! Service was friendly as well
