The sesame seeds all over the crust are to cover up their sloppy workmanship, the big gap between the edge and the cheese line. I believe they spray oil to make the seeds stick. Its a Huge large pizza. The pepperoni is nice, like a caciatore
Great pizza, loved the thin chewy crusty. Ordered 2 hours in advance for takeout and it was ready about 10 mins after it was supposed to be but not a big deal as they were obviously very busy.

Best Pizza In Canada, hands down! It is the closest thing we have found since moving back to Canada from the NYC to our favourite pie. Worked our way through half the menu and it keeps impressing. Albeit the classic margherita is our go to gold standard, and they nail it every time! Call in advance
Great pizza - tried the NY cheese (14 inch), the dough is perfect and actually has flavour and the sauce is really tasty - definitely stands out, . Will be definitely be back to try all the different house pizzas (can get them by the slice too).
NY style pizza is hard to do right. Making it thin crust while still filling is no easy task but I believe Shorty's pulls it off flawlessly. Many things make Shorty's the best NY-style pizza in Hamilton
