Review Boston Pizza - Hamilton

I don’t have much of an experience to write about…considering my group of four had been seated and then ignored for over 30 minutes. We went to Boston Pizza Saturday night around 7pm in hopes to have a nice birthday dinner. Unfortunately, we didn’t even get to the drinks. There were many waitresses walking around and still neglecting our table. The member of our group whose birthday it was had signed in at 7pm and the few of us showed up about 15 minutes later. We got in and sat at the table only to hear that he had not been spoken to by any server yet. We waited for awhile, but once a group that sat down after us had received their drinks right away, we decided it was not worth it. We left at 7:40 and explained our situation to the two waitresses just standing together at the front and then left the restaurant. The waitresses didn’t seem to care. Prior to this night, the same group of us had gone and ordered the cauliflower wings. We received them completely frozen so that when we bit into them, ice and water would come out of the wing. It was okay since the manager had come to apologize and we were given a cooked second batch of the wings that were fine. Keeping our experience last night in mind, I don’t believe it was worth it wasting our time giving this place a second chance. Definitely will not be there again.

Had some fun going to eat with friends on the weekend. Not much to complain about the food is good and the portions are more than enough. Not to pricey but not exactly dirt cheap. The drinks were great, if you like beer, you'd be saving a bit by "Boston sizing" it. So yeah overall fun time.

This is a great spot! The new owners are amazing and the atmosphere has changed for the better! The food quality is at the best it’s ever been!!! Will be recommending this place to everyone I know☺️ The upgrades to the outer and inner parts of this restaurant have been amazing! The new owners Akshay and Nikita are amazing people, who have a great taste in their staff members! 100% will be coming back regularly!!!!!!!!!!

came here with my boyfriend excited for a nice dinner and was very disappointed. food came quickly but my pasta was cold. i told the server and she took it back to be re-made/ warmed up and it came back only slightly warmer still cold even in the middle. kitchen staff clearly doesn’t care about customer remarks. i do appreciate the server she was nice and was very sorry and also discounted my dish. but probably will not come back to this location.

My most recent visit here was horrendous. For starters, the service was awful. Even the most basic necessities of waiting a table such as bringing water, taking menus away, and being relatively engaged were neglected. Also, when we got our food (which tasted like a TV dinner to boot) the waitress asked "whats wrong with him" as he was laughing from a joke I had said before she arrived. After our unsatisfying meal and paying, we had about half of a medium pizza left to take home and the server never offered, or bothered, to get us a takeout box before walking away and not coming back. Overall, I recommend you don't eat here if you value your time and money.

This is the absolute best place to hang out, especially as a McMaster student! Me and my friends come here all the time and it’s always a good time and great service. Plus, the spin dip is amazing!! Definitely check this location out:)

This was our first time at this location while going back to USA. Great experience and Service. Victoria was our server and she is very well spoken and professional. Great desserts and pizzas.

Love this place … appy hr menu has crazy discounts. Service was amazing and drinks were awesome. Definitely going to try lunch menu next time. ❤️❤️

The Main Street West Boston Pizza is the best yet...always excellent service and excellent food. Our organization has had them cater events, and we are never disappointed. There's always more than enough food, the managers are very helpful, thorough and professional. We always have special dietary considerations and food allergies when we order, but it's never been an issue. Thanks so much to Tobin and the rest of the staff who always provide a great experience!

Hi I was first going to send on the survey- however dont have the survey code, then was going to send a private message but you dont have that option on your facebook. We were at Boston Pizza last night for the scout fundraiser. I have a garlic allergy that I let the waitress know. Ordered plain gluten free pasta- it was not fully cooked and cold. Also was sent out with Garlic bread on top. We had 4 of us at the table- 2 people got their meals 10mins before the other 2 of us. One of the other people her fries were cold another person - Ordered a house salad with no onion and Raspberry vinaigrette dressing- it was sent out with onion and balsamic dressing. If we werent supporting scouting we would have asked for a discount. Myself who is allergic to garlic is very uncomfortable today. Every other restaurant I have been at are able to accommodate this and I have eaten at Boston Pizza before and have been accommodated The best part of the whole meal was the dessert the Waitress was apologetic for the meals- didn't offer to get something else. I know you were overwhelmed with the amount of people in the restaurant last night but that is no excuse for the kitchen mess ups

Worth the drive accross the city to this BP location!! Superb quality of food and excellent friendly services from start to finish.

I have a Boston Pizza within walking distance of my home and yet I choose to drive (or cab) to the main west location purely because of their staff! They definitely make a visit to BP worth it. Specifically, Tori! She has an amazing personality, she's quick and always worth a good laugh. Thank you Tori for all of our Fishbowl Thursdays! Because we just can't wait for Friday! LOL Highly recommend this specific BP!

Busy place because it it close to McMaster University. But I never had a bad experience with them. Definitely coming back!

The dreaft beer was not near as cold as it is at Boston Pizza West in Brantford. Wings were good !!

The bald-headed manager at this establishment should not be working there. He walks and talks with arrogance and lack of customer service. I have been here many times and every time I have been in contact with this particular manager it has been a bad experience. Once he made my friend pay his bill twice (long story) and another time he refused to put on the basketball game that we came to watch as a family. Were it not for this manager, I would continue to go to this establishment but since he still works there I refuse to give my hard earned money to a franchise location that doesn't seem to deserve it.
