Does anyone know what happened to the original owners? If he has a new restaurant? Used to be such authentic Italian food but I knew it changed the second I opened my chicken parm lasagna. Flavours and sauce are different, lasagna is different. Loved the way they used to make it but it’s just not the same

Heard this was the place for a good parm sandwich . Not the case at all 3 thin soggy pieces of veal so thin you would not know you were biting veal . The bun was amazing fresh but i didn't order a bun sandwich with sauce . I ordered a veal parm . Im sure the owners are adjusting price costs by CD thin slices of veal instead of raising prices to keep up with quality wrong way to do it . On a side note the roasted potatoes were at least good .. meatball sandwich undercooked . A veal parm sandwich should never be messed with ! Make it right are not at all ....

The Parm House used to be my favorite place to go for lunch but unfortunately my most recent experience was terrible! I ordered a veal parm sandwich that usually is fantastic! I took a bite and immediately knew something was wrong. There was barely any veal in it! I called and spoke to the shift manager and she never offered to correct the problem, she just said veal has gone up and we don't put as much in anymore. I said I would not be coming back if that's the case because it tastes like a veggie sandwich and all she said was thanks for the feedback. Very disappointed!

Last night for My Birthday I ordered the chicken parmigiana and penne, and salad. The food was delicious, fresh, huge portions. The sauce was the best part. Amazing! Can’t wait to enjoy more. Great job. And the price was so reasonable. Parm house, your my new favourite Italian food restaurant. Ciao!

First time visit to The Parm House and it’s great!Tons of food in a dinner, more than adequate portions with leftovers for tomorrow. Chicken was tender, tasty sauce, tons of cheese and the roasted potatoes were spectacular. Salads were very fresh and huge! Ordered online for a specific time and everything was hot and ready to go, great service. Definitely will be back!

The girlfriend and I had a veal and chicken parm with a Ceasars salad and pasta. I personally loved the sandwich and salad however the pasta was a disappointment. It just needs a little bit more flavor (salt in the pasta water) I'll definitely try it again hopefully the pasta is better.

Have had the chicken parmesan sandwich before. This time I tried the meatball. So good. The food is amazing and the prices are a great deal.

My wife daughter and I went there yesterday for dinner. Daughter and I ordered the veal parm dinner with rice and wife ordered the chicken dinner with potatoes. Portion size was great for the price and the quality of the food was excellent. I am Italian and usually pretty critical of Italian restaurants. Not this place. The highest compliment I can give it is to say it was like going home and eating my mom's food. The sauce was amazing, just as good as mom's. The veal and chicken were so tender. The rice with sauce brought me back to when I was a kid. Mom made that all the time. I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for authentic Italian food. Staff was friendly and we will definitely be going back soon.

Heard about this place and drove in from Burlington to give it a try. Wet had both the veal and chicken parm entrees with very generous sides of penne, rice & roasted potatoes. Our meals were absolutely mouth watering. Its hard to find good Italian food in our area, but now we've finally found a place that's bound to become one of our favorites. Can't wait to try the other dishes on our upcoming visits!

We order the Parm house for my work events they always deliver on time and fresh food it is always delicious we have not had a bad meal from the Parm house yet. I also ordered this on my own for a weekend treat. If you're looking for some authentic Italian cuisine the Parm house is your place to go.

I tried The Parm House for the first time tonight after reading so many rave reviews about them on Crown Point Hub. Wow! I had the new Steak Sandwich and it was unbelievable. I grabbed a bag of chips to go with it but didn't even need them - the sandwich was hard to finish, it was so filling. I can't believe I've only just tried this place. I'll definitely be back soon :)

I seen on Sam Merulla's FB page how he recommending your food/establishment. I ordered it last night had my kid pick it up, and i will do so again...you have a repeat customer from here on out. Your food is delicious!! Your prices are very low, which shocked me. Your portions are generous! Thank you for giving me a great meal!!!

My absolute favorite spot to get some pasta. The food is delicious, the serving sizes are huge and they run great specials all week long but on top of all that amazing goodness, the customer service is the best service I've ever received.

Great thanks to The Parm House. I won the July contest for a penne and meatball platter. I picked the platter up this past Saturday and took it to my brother-in-laws birthday party. It was a huge success and was enjoyed by all. Many great thanks to Carm and Kathi. We will be returning and telling other friends and family. Thank you!

I had the veggie sandwich and penne with tomato sauce, the sandwich was the main event and I couldn't put it down, the pasta was true to its Italian roots.. Cooked perfectly with sauce that was dry and stuck to the pasta, the cheese was mozz and the combo gave the normally traditional boring staple the perfect mix of moisture and salty goodness

Tried The Parm House today for the first time. They make bomb chicken parm sandwiches! The portions are big and the staff are very friendly. Definitely recommended if you feel like a hearty Italian meal. Buon appetito!

Had heard from my sister that the Parm House was really good authentic Italian, Carm was closing but was kind enough to serve me anyway! Had an amazing Chicken Parmesan sandwich that was obviously made with all homemade ingredients, a must try! Can't wait to come back & try some of your other items...
