Although there was a line up when we arrived, the team provided super fast service and the line moved quickly.

We decided to try Biggies today, based on recommendation from our son. The ice cream was really good (Hewitt's) but not a lot of choice. Nice big scoop ... we had the 1 scoop cones. However, the customer service was poor ... the 2 young fellows behind the counter could have cared less if we had come in. Will try somewhere else with a more pleasant reception next time we want icecream. We paid by cash, so no tip paid.

We were a group of friend dinning infront of these place and my friend wants 🍦 we finished all get one. But one of my friend drop her ice-cream and one of the employees give her a new one, they were so sweet. Ice cream flavors very different and overall good. 😋 good place.

Bit of a line but moved quickly. Wow!! Biggies is the right name. Huge servings. My kiddie cone one scoop was the size of a grapefruit. Not good if your diabetic unless you bulk up on insulin before you visit. Definitely be back.

Tried Biggies today and loved the ice-cream but there is a But! They really need to indicate what ice-cream has peanuts in them. I say this as someone who is not deathly allergic but becomes sick after eating enough peanuts to cause a unpleasant reaction. The menu has zero description of what's in the ice-cream flavours "Banana Royale" has strawberries (how would I know) and the "Salty Dog" has peanuts in it. Maybe a small (P) for peanuts beside the name could help? Also I don't want to "hold the line" to ask what's every flavor either a small description somewhere should help or like me it was a roll of the dice what you are getting!

Definitely our goto 🍦 shop. For the Hamilton Mountain folk it's a given. The only thing I dislike is the tip screen soon as you touch the screen. It's a personal choice and should be discreet. This is new and I wouldn't be surprised if it's removed.

This ice cream shop can be bust at times but it's worth the wait which is usually not long. The portions are generous the ice cream tastes great!

Omg, it's amazing.. The portions are huge and there's so many flavors to choose from. 2 people can share a small cup, 3 people a large cup..

Ice cream quality and size was amazing. Prices were average. Waited WAY too long. There was only 2 staff members working at 8:00pm on a Monday night. Line up was at the door when I arrived and was out the door when I left. Neither staff member had any type of urgency or quicker working pace. One was taking the orders and completing the payment transactions while the other was completing the ice cream orders. At one point there was 12 of us waiting for our orders to be made after ordering and paying while the employee at the till kept taking orders instead of helping to make the orders. It just seemed very unorganized, or in need of a better system. And employees who see a long line and pick up the pace.

Every time I try to go here for ice cream something always goes wrong. You've either closed early or you don't have a flavour that I've been standing in line waiting for... Seriously, if you're all out cross it off the list. So done trying to get something from here...
