our go to for breakfast! great staff, and food! oh, and the smoke meat poutine, sooo good! i can never finish it though, huge portion! :)
Had smoked meat sandwich and cream of broccoli soup. Food was great. Our server was a delight. My only complaint is it needs to be lighter inside. Since most of it’s patrons are older better lighting would be appreciated.
My husband and I went for the first time. He had a burger and I had french toast. Both were really good and the fries were amazing.
The staff was friendly and courteous and the food came fairly quickly.
Wait staff was excellent. Three ladies working very hard with a smile. Our server , Carol was excellent. Quick service. Breakfast was absolutely perfect.
I come here pretty often it’s our go to place to eat we haven’t had a bad meal yet!

Went out for dinner with some friends. It was very busy when we got there. Got seated a lot sooner than they estimated. Waitress was busy but we were not in a hurry so let her know that and so our service was better than we hoped for. Food was fantastic. Very generous portions. My only complaint is that garden salad should be one of the options of their side dishes. A friend opted for salad in place of the two sides that came with her meal, but she had to pay extra for the substitute. The only other "fresh" option was their veggies. Will we go back? For sure!

If you like reasonably-priced healthy portions of great food and don’t mind a packed diner, this is the place to go. Lots of great choices on their menu. You get your own personal size carafe with your order of coffee. Had their Philly steak that was above average. Their house salad was fresh and they were very generous with the side of chunky blue cheese dressing that was out of this world and great for dipping French fries. Greatly recommends and I will most definitely go back to try their breakfast menu.
My wife and I Love this place!! Best breakfast in town & the rest of their menu is great too! Their burgers are fresh homemade patty's! I highly recommend it!

We looking for a new breakfast joint in Hamilton last weekend and we found Broadway Diner with pretty good ratings on Google. New health protocols are in place and they are very good about following the rules. Service was friendly and efficient, great food selections (quite large for a smaller restaurant) great portion sizes and they bring coffee in a carafe!! No more asking for another cup! Good dining experience on the mountain. 4 stars!

I visited twice in as many days. The first experience was perfect. I was seated immediately and the server was wonderful. The food was great and perfectly matched the menu’s description. I liked that a small coffee pot was left on the table so that ‘top ups’ were at my convenience. Another small but noticeable item was that the toast is delivered with two jam packets - nice, since most everywhere else you’d need to ask for a second.
On my second experience I was seated following a 15-minute wait. Although there were people ahead of me also waiting, the real issue was that tables had not been cleaned after previous guests had left. It appeared that one particular staff member was responsible for cleaning tables and greeting guests; that staff member seemed disinterested in both tasks!
The food was just as good as the first visit and the server equally as pleasant.
My impression is that the majority of their customers are “mature” which tells me that the place is consistently as good as my first impression.

I’m up to my fourth or fifth visit. The staff really make this place a winner. Today’s treat; the Hot Turkey Sandwich, yum (and I’m upgrading my previous rating from 4, to 5).
Just went today for first time , my friend spoke highly about this diner...Of course I had to give it a try!
I ordered the Alaska Pollock fish! Which comes with fries ,n a fresh garden salad...
Was very good , only thing, more batter then meat...Alaska Pollock is very good and tasty fish, very clean fish too!
Overall experience was good! very fair prices...
Staff are very family oriented and its environment is clean and safe...
Server was polite, efficient made us feel right a home...I must say! I was impressed by the whole experience..
