Review Baci Ristorante - Hamilton

Luana was an amazing host for our family dinner! Authentic Italian cuisine with contemporary decor and pleasant service. The portion size was quite large and the pricing was very reasonable. My mother enjoyed tiramisu on the house for her birthday. If you are looking for Italian food, I highly recommend Baci. The wood fire oven makes a big difference 👍

Food as you can see is just full of flavour. Love the revised menus - really focuses on doing what they so best well. Hoping to see as business comes back some fun creative specials the chef can come up with !

Had dinner here with my bf on a Wednesday night and the service and food was really good! Servers were attentive and friendly and the food came fresh and hot. We had their side Caesar, calamari, gnocchi pomodoro and the canadese pizza. For dessert they gave us a nice portion of Tiramisu! You can see the pizza maker stretching out the dough and cooking it right in the middle of the kitchen. Lovely place for an Italian dinner in Hamilton. Only downside is they are only open Wednesday to Sunday and I believe only for breakfast and dinner. It’s also a bit far from Downtown Hamilton but I think it’s worth visiting!

We have been in Hamilton and the Niagara region for a week on business and ate at some top restaurants and none compared to Baci. The Calzone my husband had was the best he had ever had and I had the gluten free Carbonara which I couldn't tell was gluten free. The flavours were amazing and service was great. We had no complaints on any level of this restaurant. We will be back next time we are in or near Hamilton.

Amazing food, service, and atmosphere. We enjoyed our time here and the food really hit the mark. We enjoyed everything especially the brussel sprouts. So good!!!

Such a fantastic experience! So we have this AdventureChallenge couples edition book, basically a book with random date ideas. And for one of the dates you pick a restaurant you've never been to and have your server pick what you eat!! My fiance and I agreed we have to do this more often! Our server (I'm so sorry I never got your name!) Picked some AMAZING food! I couldn't have been happier with the service, food, and atmosphere. Definitely will be back and do it all over again!! Came here in December 2021, and the food was good. Place was a bit smaller than I anticipated, but I guess you can call it "cosy". Enjoyed the evening out with my wife

The food was amazing! My family and I went for mine and my twin sister's birthday. The staff were very friendly and welcoming! Thank you to Chris, our server, and Baci staff for a wonderful birthday dinner!

I have to say that I have always enjoyed this restaurant however I have to say that I was extremely disappointed with the Mother's Day Brunch yesterday. I love the ambience of the restaurant so first I was slightly disappointed that it was in a banquet room. And the adverised seven stations? I have to say that I don't think there was enough selection in any particular area to call each a "station"(other than breakfast foods). Waffle station was waffles choc sauce and syrup. Desserts were a handful of donuts and a platter of tiny squares. Aside from the lack of selection, my biggest complaint would be that no one kept up with keeping the foods serviced. At at one time there was no gravy...another no potatoes... shrimp was always empty. Staff were not on top of it at all. I had to find someone to tell them there were no waffles...no whipped cream (which was aerosol cream)...no coffee...no milk...For $44 per person PLUS beverages (unless you only wanted tea/coffee) this should not have happened. All in all it was very poor value for money and I could never recommend Bacci for brunch.

Went to Baci to try it out..noticed it was a small place but very quiet and great atmosphere. We went on a wednesday so half price vineland wines. We ordered the calamari appetizer and the main dish of lamb and a pasta special of the night baked in their fire place. Both were delicious and our server was fantastic and attentive. Not a cheap place to eat but worth the $$$.

Yum yum yum!!! First time here and my husband and I with our kids showed up here, last minute decision and it was great!! The gorgonzola gnocchi was the best I've had in a very long time, my husband's steak was cooked the way he likes it. But the best part of our restaurant experiences is the appetizers... we got the meat and cheese board and the caprese salad and I could have just made that my meal... it was delicious!!! And the service was top notch!

Great food although you should have option on the weekend for lunch menu. ...ie sandwiches etc. We had the pasta and it was spot on ! Pizza was not an option as the oven wasn't up to temperature when we came in at 12pm. Kind of disappointing as we really wanted to have pizza. We're told oven not ready till 12:30pn Service was great though. Would we return? Probably not..... sorry

Came here yesterday for my nephews communion dinner . My fiancé and I were very impressed with the attention to detail and exceptional service provided to all of the guests last night. Our waitress was very attentive and staff were super helpful and well trained/ organizedZ The food was 5 stars. Selection was great and appetizers were delicious and plentiful. The restaurant and lighting was perfect and very well decorated. I would highly recommend to anyone considering a function here . You'll be treated well and you'll be happy with the service Baci provides. Thumbs up! :)

Breakfast was average...waited 50 minutes to receive our food and the waitress was very rude and kept arguing with our guests (party of 30). Will definitely not return simply due to the lack of professionalism and poor hospitality displayed by the wait staff on April 22 breakfast service. All our guests displayed the same concern and stated they will not return either.

Mostly the food was delicious, however the mashed potatoes which three of us decided to substitute with the ribeye, we're cold. Also, for the high price the steak was, there were no vegetables. Not a full dinner experience.

Baci always goes above and beyond. Best place for pasta in Hamilton probably the GTA. They have caring and attentive staff who work to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters. Biggest shout outs and thanks to Amber for always making my birthday dinners special. Will be back again and again

Really enjoyed dinner. Food service all done to perfection. Kitchen staff did a great job with food. not one of our party had anything negative to say. Drinks seemed to take no time. Would recommend this place to anyone and plan to return soon.

Always great food. Service can be slow at times but the place is always busy and can be expected for the quality of food.

Upscale with interesting dishes to savour.......the waitress who attended to my table was polite.......a must to visit.......

We first came to Baci for our anniversary dinner last year. We returned again this year. Drinks and appetizers arrived quickly and were very good. My hubby tried a dish he wouldn't normally have ordered and he lived it. He actually wanted to bring the pasta sauce home (he had the Pasta Al-Frono Gamberetti). The more he ate, the more he enjoyed it. I had the beef medallions, they were also fantastic. We finished our meal with Creme Brulee...also very good, although his was quite runny, but tasty fine. All in all a great night.

Great service, food was fresh, hot, flavourful, everyone was pleasant. Good coming out from kitchen looked great. Overall good experience. It is a hard place to find on its own, but worth the look
