Interesting all you can eat experience on Hamilton Mountain. Korean BBQ? At Spring Grill house you cook your own food at special tables that have their own BBQ grill located in the middle of the table. Our experience there was good. My wife and I went on a busy Saturday night and we were seated quickly when we checked into our reservation. The staff were friendly but very busy and we were quickly shown how the ordering process works. We were given a tablet that had the whole drink, food and desert menu on it. Basically, you place the order on the tablet, its checked by a server and its sent to your table. All grillable items are sent in small portions to the table and you use the hibatchi (small bbq) to cook the food (meat, fish, vegatables). All other products that are fried or steamed are sent to the table fully prepared. Prices are a little higher than a regular buffet, but the novelty of bbq your own food is cool. 4 stars

Nice restaurant. Drinks were good, food was good. This was my first time trying this place - interesting concept of the bbq at the table and cooking it yourself. Pretty cool, a little bit on the pricier side but it’s for the experience they’re giving. I’d probably go back with friends.

Delicious all you can eat grilled BBQ, lots of fresh meats and seafood for grilling. I liked grilling some fresh onions and zucchini with my tasty meats. It was very noisy was the only negative. Staff was fast, attentive and friendly. Little pricey but I can eat alot of grilled meats so its a nice treat once in a while. I definitely recommend checking it out.

It was only after eating my 2nd serving of the steak that I was told it was uncooked and I had to cook it myself. Once I realized that it was a cooking apparatus in the center of the table and not a hand warmer the night went a lot more smoothly. Will definitely give it another try after doing a little more research on what Korean BBQ actually is.

Visited this place for the first time recently. I'd had Korean food in the past but some years ago so it was pretty much a new experience. The waitress didn't start off that friendly but eventually warmed up to us. We ordered several starters (kim chi, edamame, radish, etc) and some seemed fresh, but some seemed like they had been sitting on the tray/plate for hours/days in the fridge. We did not like the kim chi, tofu or edamame, which were three we were looking forward to trying. We also ordered some of the fried chickens like Pineapple chicken. I am certain these dishes were microwaved before serving since when eating a piece, half would be warmish and half completely cold. I did like the AAA beef (which we cooked ourselves on the grill) but not the ribs (too much fat for my liking). We enjoyed some dessert (they had 3 choices of ice cream and a few other things like sesame balls and custard balls).
Not sure if we will be back as it's quite expensive, but it was nice to be at an all you can eat which wasn't buffet style.

I went here on a date and it was a great experience! It was busy but we were seated rather quickly. Matthew was our server and his service was impeccable!! It was my first time there so I wasn't very familiar with the food or how it was to be cooked and he explained everything wonderfully. It was so busy and he seemed to have a huge section but he didn't seem to be overhwelmed. The washrooms were so beautiful and clean which is important in a restaurant. The sangria I drank was absolutely delicious. Overall is was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be going back soon!

Food wise, good but not great AYCE KBBQ. Selection of meats/cuts was limited and questionable as to whether or not it's really "AAA". Fish options are not flavoured and would benefit from either a marinade or a dip.

So happy the city has a Korean BBQ joint. Growing up, I'd always have to drive to Toronto for some good grub and now we finally (for quite some time) have this place.
Everything and everyone at this place is INCREDIBLE!! service is great, staff is very friendly, food is delicious!
I gave it a 4 star, because the price is RIDICULOUS! I will only ever go when we have family functions there, otherwise, on any given day I don't see why I'd want to pay TO COOK MY OWN MEAL at a restaurant.
I could get 5 days worth of groceries for my husband and I in 1 sitting at this place.
Don't get me wrong... awesome place, but my wallet says otherwise! Lol

Yesterday was our second time here and this time we invited another couple and this visit was the complete opposite from our first visit. We had to ask our waiter multiple times for things like napkins, an extra fork as one fell and he made us feel inconvenienced serving us. Items didn't show that were ordered and we had to ask multiple times if items were coming, and without it being requested our waiter brought our receipt which was incorrect the first time. The food was great but the service was one of the worst we've experienced dining out. Might reconsider coming back again
This was my original 5 star review. "It was my boyfriend and I's first visit, we enjoyed our meal, loved the concept, food was fresh, the grill was easy to use the service was fast efficient and friendly. They changed our grill half way through, and fulfilled all requests we had. It was also different seeing ox tongue on a restaurant's menu and we both surprisingly loved it!

Went the first time yesterday! Food was excellent I was surprised how much we enjoyed it. Only disappointment was our wait staff... I had to ask for water multiple times... my pop never got refilled and I had asked for extra napkins that never came. Even with poor service we will be returning for the food and environment.

My son has been many times with his friends... always says how great the food etc was ... so, we went yesterday for his birthday and I was not disappointed at all. It was as good as he said .. will definitely be back ! His "surprise" was a great ending of our meal. Thank you again Spring Grill House. Highly recommend to anyone who hasn't been.

I would rate it 4.5 but there isn't that option. Everything was Fresh, Service was Excellent, Dim Sum was great! The only thing that I didn't like was that the Pork and the Lamb werent seasoned at all and tasteless! All the other Meats however were great!

There weren't many vegetarian options, but what I did have was delicious. The best kimchi I've ever eaten. Also, I'm not sure why they don't have debit seeing as this is how most people pay.

Of the Korean Grill Houses I've visited this was by far the best. New, clean and well laid out.
The food, both selection and quality, were excellent. Something for everyone....even the choosiest of our companions.
Possibly the most amazing aspect was the technology. Each Employee was equipped with an earpiece to maximize the overall service efficiency. It was amazing to watch and ensured we were never without food. Ordering from the iPads only sped the process up further. Everyone seemed to really enjoy their job and were always laughing having fun.
Way to go guys! I'll be back for sure and encourage everyone to give it a shot!! Too fun!

I have been going to spring grill house for about 2 years with my girl friend and friends. Always a great time and great food. The hosts are very welcoming and have great attention to detail if they notice you are missing something they get it for you right away. I would recommend this amazing experience to anyone! I think I have 4 more visits before I get my 50% off AYCE and I can't wait!

I love it here. I love cooking my own food and the food that comes that the kitchen cooks is great. It's a definite dinner or lunch pick. Staff is great. Never a disappointment
