They give you a menu on which you have to tick mark what you want with the quantity you want, and the server will bring it to your table about 10 mins later (depending on how busy it is). We went there for lunch on Sunday and there were about 2-4 tables of guests and 1 server. So the service was ok.

A real fondue! Affordable and tasty
It was a great experience once we got a hang of it. However the only complaint was the service, nice with a smile but couldn't explain clearly what the process was for ordering. Besides that, once you get started it was fantastic!

No parking place. You can park in Dalhousie sexton campus for free after 4:30. Best hotpot in HRM 2017. A bit slow service while they're busy.
I usually go to a Hotpot place in Toronto called Little Sheep Hotpot, but WOW Hotpot is definitely the best in HRM.
