You'll have an excellent and quick breakfast at Mary's Place. I had a lovely bfast sandwich made with a croissant and my partner had the Birmingham. All very tasty! The only black mark on an otherwise great experience is finding out that we'd been charged more for the Birmingham than was advertised
Excellent food. Kelly and her team are awesome. Very friendly and attentive. Thank you so much! 10 min walk from Dalhousie U. (we stayed at the residence). Will definitely keep in mind next time we visit (from Toronto).

Every time I come to Halifax I always make an effort to eat here. The owner and her staff do a fantastic job of taking care of you.

Good food, good service, friendly and quick, we had the eggs florentine, and the breakfast poutine, both were delicious, the one thing I would change is to ask for my poached eggs to be a bit runny.
The people working here (and the owner) make it the most comforting and welcoming experience. I can't express how much this is the place for you if you're looking for a retro vibe diner with great brunch food.
This humble dinner is made spectacular by tasty food with good portions and... ...the friendliest and most welcoming staff.
