I have been to Bianca a number of times and I will keep going back. It’s the perfect spot for dates, meeting friends or even mixers\small events.
The appetizers are amazing! My favourite app is the Calamari with romesco and pickled peppers. The drinks and wine list is very rich, with options for di
Our first time in for my birthday dinner with my partner. Our server Sarah was great, she was new but definitely learning quick. Food and atmosphere were unique and great. Food was food, I we had the Bruchetta and Duck Confit to start, then for the mains we enjoyed the Shrimp Tagliatelle and my part
The food was very tasty. Portions were appropriately sized. Service was great. Only complaint was that the menu was very light on vegetarian friendly options. The restaurant was also quite warm, but they were trying their best to keep it cool.
I had only every been in the summer for drinks with friends but came for dinner this time on a whim. The food was superb. They were all cooked perfectly. I'd go back to have each dish again and try others. Highly recommend!
Absolutely delicious. The potato-bacon hash which came with the smoked meatloaf was to die for—the wild boar burger with apple chutney was rich and juicy, and the pizza with truffled mushroom duxelles melted in your mouth, while the cheese was stringy. If I was from Halifax I’d easily be a regular!
Stopped in Monday night for a cocktail (ceilings). It was delicious! The service was outstanding as well! I sat at the bar and chatted with two staff members who were very welcoming. Regrettably, I can’t remember their names.
My time here was short but I can’t wait to go back again for a flight of
Excellent example of a French bistro! Was walking by and was drawn in by the "Bistro" signage. Sat at the bar. I had the "It's always nicer in Nice" coqtail, which was fantastically well balanced and amazing! Also had the escargot, which was classically prepared and delicious. Service was prompt and
Great food and drink, excellent service, small restaurant at the back was a bit loud due to the parties in the bar. Still a very pleasant evening.
Went here for brunch and had the frites, the regular eggs Benedict and the duck confit eggs Benedict (quack and cluck). Everything was acceptable tasting. The duck oil they used to make their potato rosti was very hearty and fragrant. I will be back to try their dinner menu.
Yet another Halifax restaurant that is unique. No fish and chips, Italian specialties such as beef agnoletti. Cocktails are made fresh and the bartender is imaginative.
Overall food was on the salty side. You may say the salty level is very up to each individual, but we all like salt, and seldom complain about dishes made too salty. Unfortunately, we had to turn one of the dishes back to the kitchen. The restaurant graciously re-did the dish and it was much bett
Amazing service, food was good but the steak was very cold.
We stopped by for some late night drinks. I had a Negroni classic which was very good and a couple of shots of tequila. The service was excellent and very friendly. I would not hesitate to return.
Went here with Collette farewell dinner. Wife had the chicken and I the steak sandwich. Food and service was great.
Absolutely stellar place to host private dining events. Service was A+, food was out of this world, nothing but positive things to say about this place!
We had the Bichon Frise and French Meringe for cocktails followed up by a small cheese plate and charcuterie board. I must say Kayla our server gave us the best service we can possibly have. She knows her stuff when it comes to the menu. Definitely highly recommended. Try multiple smaller plates wit
