I am a very satisfied Customer of Goodness Me. They sell unique dairy products from HOPE Farms like Water Buffalo Milk and Water Buffalo Keefer which I have no allergies to. . So every week I replenish my stock and return the glass bottle and receive a $2.00 refund against the cost of these products. Yesturday as I was approaching the store via the front parking lot I accidently broke the glass bottle. Once I informed the Manager ANDREW, he quickly cleaned the shards of glass. Much to my surprise he allowed me the $2.00 bottle return fee and gifted me a new cloth grocery bag. WITHOUT ME ASKING!!! He granted me what few people in authority do. He gave me good service and caring respect. The point is: there are times when management deserves loyalty and a thank you for kindness and excellent business practice. So here's a shout out... to Goodness Me for employing Andrew/ Manager in the Guelph Store.

It's a quaint, relatively large speciality store. If you're used to health food store prices, this chain will probably seem inexpensive by comparison. It was tidy, and well organized during my visits, with lots of specialty items throughout the shelves.

Goodness Me is the place to go to for really healthy hearty and conscious sustainable food and ingredients. I could also find a wide range of supplements that no other store has in Guelph. Like at most real natural food stores, you can expect to pay a bit more, but their products are organic, sustainable and of great quality. We need more stores like this in Guelph.

Goodness Me! is a unique grocery store conveniently located in the downtown area with an ample amount of accessible and convenient parking. I must admit that the prices of almost everything in this store that I have encountered seem to be slightly higher than its competitors, but the variety of high quality food available almost makes up for this. I had an encounter with quite a rude staff member during my most recent visit which was a great disappointment, but that doesn't entirely take away from the fact that the majority of employees at this location are friendly and polite.

This location in Guelph consistently has fresh produce, is well-stocked with goods, easy to navigate, has friendly knowledgeable staff and is very very clean. Flyer items are usually available to purchase. Plenty of parking. Meets accessibility ♿ standards.
