This restaurant is so wonderful, the delicious home cooking, the friendly staff. Every time I eat there I feel nourished, well fed. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

The fruit cup is always amazing and I eat here or get deliver nearly every day AL's open. I hadn't tried either the omelette nor their sausage so today I let their flavours burst in my mouth. My friends recommended this place for breakfast and I am very glad they did. Had never heard of it before. Really great food, friendly staff, the owner was very personable and loved the plants growing by the windows. Have not eaten out in a while and am glad I came here.

By far the best breakfast place in Guelph. I have two rambunctious kids, and they told us about a toy chest, also brought their food out earlier (putting a rush on it). The staff was unmasked and it was very uncomfortable for us so we left before ordering. Breakfast all day menu seemed good, place was clean. Seems to have changed the menu, came in looking for the sandwiches from before!
