Food is ok. Fries were over cooked but were palatable once we added our own ketchup and vinegar (none was included) Burgers were decent but the meat was dry and a little small for a double. Onion rings serving was small. We only got 2 small napkins for a 2 person order. If you can eat a burger and fries with only one napkin is it really a great burger? Also… the bag was held together with masking tape?

Just had lunch here, it was great! Regular size sauteed poutine and a regular burger with bacon and cheese. A little pricier than a deluxe fast food offering, but the portions are large enough that I couldn't finish on my lunch break. Definitely good value to be found here. Will visit again!

Sam's Grill has all your favorites at decent prices. I tried the Montreal Smoked meat sandwich with mustard. It was stacked with flavour. The meat was basically falling out. Combo 4 came with a double patty with cheese, poutine and a drink for such a great deal. All were good. Nothing special about it, but if you want something good with decent prices I advise you to come here! It is worth the money.

First time at Sam's Grill Guelph location. The service was good, their staff is friendly, polite and helpful. The food was delicious and very tasty. We order for takeout the combo #2 (hotdog and pouttine) and combo #4 (burger and pouttine). The hotdog was great but the burger was even better. Regarding to the pouttine, I wish it was made with fresh fries like I had at the Cambridge location. This Sam's Grill location was clean and well maintained. I will definitely came back again and ask for fresh fries 😉😁😎🤟🏻🇨🇦🍁

First time here and they messed up my order. The owner of the restaurant immediately took ownership of the problem and apologized. He fixed the problem quickly. The chicken burger and milkshake were both delicious. Staff and owner were very friendly

Thank you Sam for a wonderful, Home-made burger. Very friendly, very clean and pretty speedy considering it was a Home-made patty. We will be back.

First time at Sam’s!! Place is clean:) Service was great ( good luck with the baby..you are very friendly and was nice that you took time to come see us at our table to discuss food) Prices are fair…these days!! Fries delicious Burgers tasty HOWEVER take out the processed cheese and use real cheese…trust me it will make a world of difference!! Sincerely, Burger Queen

The fish and chips should be called 'fried dough with a hint of fish' the smoked meat was garbage, and to top it off the fires are made with old oil. Don't waste your money.
