I've tried to order for 2 days now. They were closed an hour earlier than they advertised the first night. When I called the second night at 7:45 I was told they were only doing pick up, but that they were closed? so that also wasn't an option. Would really love to support local places right now, but unfortunately with sporadic hours and closing before 8 pm for both delivery AND pick up is really hindering this for me.
We might try again, but probably not because of this.
EDIT: ordered pick up, and the staff was super friendly and the pizza was delicious. Hours aren't ideal, but we will definitely go back. We like our pizza well done so the crust looks burnt but it is not!

They make their own dough and it is so fresh and crispy and tasty from anything I've tried anywhere else. Such good pizza!

Pictures of their calzones on their website are misleading. They're way bigger than I expected! Exceptional value for the price, and amazingly delicious. I'm never buying pizza from anywhere else again!!

I have some of the most picky eaters in my house. Well, tonight it was my turn to choose the pizza place and I’ve always wanted to try this place….
Boy oh boy am I glad I did! We got three gourmet pizzas and all three were incredible!
The Egg-Elicious is eggselent, Grilled Chicken was amazing, and the other (can’t remember the name as I am currently in a food coma, but it started with De ….) was incredible!
All three HOT (heat hot) and all three different flavored pizzas, are all gone!! Picky eaters destroyed ‘em!!!
The Bad thing is, no lunch left over for tomorrow…… definitely will order again. But will try other stuff. Heard the wings are amazing…

Their pizza is great but they make it incredibly difficult to even get a hold of them. The past three times I’ve tried to order, called multiple times with no answer. Had to go somewhere else. It feels like they don’t even want to give you a pizza.

We have been raving about Trokadero pizza to everyone we know. Up until last night September 10th I would say it was the best. Haven’t been in awhile but hopefully it was just a bad night. It was the worst pizza we have ever had. The crust was burnt around the perimeter and the toppings fell off the crust which was super thin. Our dogs wouldn’t eat it.

Ordered a calzone and received one with cold toppings on the inside and then asked for a new one and was told that the meat is always cold like that. I’ve always ordered these calzones in the past and I’ve never received one with cold toppings (frozen chicken/turkey at that). Ended up reheating it up for 20 mins in the oven. Only giving 3 stars because of past experiences or else it’d be 1 :(

What a great find. The owner will let you know when he is opened or closed. He decides on a daily basis! If he is opened, definitely stay away from the chains and give him a try. Great pizza, cheese bread and a family proud of their product. If you live in Guelph you need to try this pizza. Its a great family run pizza and the quality is unmistakable. Lots of choices in toppings and many creative store favourite pizzas to try
