Not a do over for me. The burger was okay, similar to the In-N-Out Burger in the USA; nothing to get excited about. The fries were good and lots of them. We asked for ours to be extra crispy and they were really good. The shakes were amazing and you could add one to your combo for only $2 more… well worth it and similar to Shake Shack’s!

Amazing burgers, awesome fries. Love it. Fresh, tasty, satisfying. The gluten-free bun was impressive, maintained it's integrity unlike the products from some other places. I ordered one out of necessity. Gluten is not my friend. The staff at this location seems nice enough, too. Good stuff!

Food was excellent. We had a chicken low priest and the chicken bacon ranch with one order of fries for 2 people. Food was hot when received and tasted very fresh. Would have given this a five star rating but the women’s washroom did not have any toilet paper and the men’s was out of paper towels! Check on the supplies before you use the facilities!!!!! Also tables all had crumbs on them from previous patrons. We’re there at 2:30 and it wasn’t busy at all, so I am unsure why details like wiping tables and replenishing supplies was not done.

Burger rocked. Downside: The poutine came with hardly any gravy, hence 4 stars. I ate the top layer of it and it hardly had any gravy at all on that layer. Fries are super tasty though! Thank goodness for asking for ketchup.

Every time I come here or order online, I want to enjoy it so much. I love the idea that their selling but unfortunately the product does not deliver. Burgers everything is extremely expensive and you get lower quality cooks than at McDonalds. Absolute waste of money every single time. You can't even ask for extra sauce or seasoning for their bland burgers because they don't actually follow through with the request. Honestly just spend the money savings from 1 meal and go to the grocery store to make burgers at home for your entire family for the same price or CHEAPER. And I guarantee they will be much better too!

I was ordering on Uber eats the other day, and the menu pricing was messed up. It was trying to charge you twice for fries in a combo. I called the store up and let them know of the issue. Not only did the manager on duty thank me for bringing it to their attention, they also gave me free fries to make up for the “inconvenience “(in quotes because it wasn’t even that inconvenient!)
Thanks for the great food, and the great service always.
Heads up to management, there still is an issue with the menu pricing with Uber! But I imagine that issue is probably on their end. Just wanted to let you know

First time going to Burger Priest and I must say I really enjoyed it. I got the High Priest and Poutine and everything was fresh and delicious. Even the actual eating area was clean and spacious for those wanting to dine in. I will definitely be going back.

Been going to this franchise for years since back at queen and coxwell, in Toronto. Was in the area and brought my friend who has never tried it. And he absolutely loved it. Great job with keep the quality up throughout your many locations now. Would recommend.
