Review Subway - Grimsby

I'm not putting this lightly when I say this is the best Subway I've ever been to. The owner is always kind and fun to talk to. Ingredients are also kept fresh and she bakes the cookies perfectly every time.

I grab lunch here on a regular basis, staff are always courteous and quick!

Ordered through the App, and went to pick up at the time noted. The young man working was alone, and 5 people in line. This kid should get a raise for his work ethic. He never stopped moving, and had polite apologies for each customer regarding the wait. Some may complain about the wait, but I was pleased to see the work ethic. He should be commended.

It's a Subway, if you've been to one you've been to them all, right? Well pretty much but I decided to rate this one based on 2 items. The sandwich maker was very pleasant and quite helpful and...they actually had Jalopeno peppers!!! (My local Subways in Cobourg, Ontario DO NOT anymore, sadly). All in all this was an above average Subway experience and I'll be back on a future visit to Grimsby.

Stopped in tonight to this Grimsby location because we live close and my children love Subway. It was a very enjoyable visit and the girls working were fast and great conversation! Thank you ladies for doing what you do as I know it is tough working with the public at times. Keep up the great customer service!

Good and fast location.. as Subways go.. clean and they don't give you dirty looks when you ask for extra of one topping.

Good selection making for a very good sandwich. Only negative was long wait time since only one server was available.

Order here frequently when at work. Always good sandwiches and easy to order online or in person.

Been a half a dozen times now and always get what I ordered and never dissapointed with anything. Will keep going back until there is a reason not too.

Great customer service. I came with coupons so I got 2 foot-long and a drink for $15.8.

I ordered through skip the dishes, my order was well prepared with a free cookie on top!!
