Review Kfc - Gravenhurst

Been here many times, I keep brining my friends here too. Food is amazing and always Fresh. Can’t find any KFC that makes it like this.

When I order a 10-piece bucket of chicken, I want a 10-piece BUCKET, not a cardboard box containing 10 of the smallest, overcooked pieces of chicken I ever saw. One word: HORRIBLE! Won't be back. Ever.

Great service but cutting corners. Gravy was watery. Bucket of chicken shown in picture that's what I got when I got home and opened it. Popcorn chicken is like a cup and a half worth. And the classic chicken? The majority were small pieces with little meat. Is this worth 40? Absolutely not. That is a saucer and a small spoon. That is an example of the majority of pieces given to me hidden under two regular size classic chicken pieces. Its clearly not doing well. Store is often empty parking lot and it is OBVIOUS owners are cutting corners to stay afloat. Which I understand however I have to spend my money where it's going to get a equal return. I have poster pictures twice and they keep beong removed. I dont know why as there is an option and are relevant to the review.

Good food, Crappie HOURS & you can't use the app to order food. That's why I only gave 3 stars

Aside from restroom not available at a restaurant, food was mediocre. Burger was okay, but the fried chicken was too salty and soggy.

This family owned and run KFC, Does cook their food just right! They kept that great fried chicken coming, even during the Pandemic. With free parking and a great location, I Highly Recomended. 😎

Terrific staff. Chicken was hot and moist. Fries crispy and hot. Biscuits were hot and flaky. Service was quick but not immediate as they cook the fries to order.

These people are so nice the food of course is in my opinion the same as it should be but really good Folks
