Review Starbucks - Grande Prairie

Hands down my favourite starbucks to go to! They always make my drinks perfectly, and they have the most friendly and happiest staff. Thank you for always making my day better, and keep up the amazing work! 💛

Would give 5 star rating but they took my Sugar cookie latte away! very nice service coffee is never timmies burnt, and not watered down like mickies. But for real bring back the sugar cookie syrups...

Absolutely love this location, I have had people go out of the way to go to this one ! I love the friendly vibes, stuff from here is ALWAYS yummy & they give us suggestions. The welcoming staff is about my amazing & the laughter. My girl Erin (the one I see 99.9% of the time) joked about singing me Happy Birthday & she ALWAYS puts a smile on my face even when I’m having a terrible day. Thank you to this location for going above & beyond for us.

Update... I rated this a 1/5 before & now 5/5 I've been coming here and 2 years ago I gave a bad review. Based on poor customer service and more However this is now my FAVORITE Starbucks to come to. The customer service is the best in town. The staff & manager are absolutely amazing and doing above & beyond to provide a great experience & product Sometime there might be a mistake but it's ok, it's only human to hear something wrong or make a mistake. The minor mistakes I've experience have been so little and unimportant in the long run (ex: no ice & getting ice or not getting whip cream) The staff were extremely apologetic and truly felt bad for the the tiny issue. Anyone who expects a place to be 100% correct all the time isn't being realistic. I know for a fact I could never do their jobs, as my drinks are ridiculous and confusing. Honestly the change in this location over the last 2 years is amazing. Way to go staff!!!

I was having an absolutely terrible day, one of your staff noticed me and brought me out a treat, smiling and explaining that she hoped my day got better. She was amazing, and I really hope she knows how much that meant to me. I absolutely love the staff at this location, always very friendly and efficient! This employee really made my day better, she is an excellent addition to your staff.

A decent location for a cup of coffee and a visit with friends! The staff were always super friendly and seating is fine!
