We thought we would have good burgers but we were blown away by them!
I had the special - a lamb burger that was done to perfection. The onion rings were amazing too!
Service here is great, and sitting on the patio in summer enjoying the evening after a long day hiking is priceless.
Located in downtown golden, the place got a beautiful ambience. From the name, it feels like a pub/bar. However, it's a family restaurant with a beautiful environment. It busy location with good food. Although not many options for chicken, still we were able to order food by removing certain items.
I had the elk burger, aka Wapiti burger. It ruined the word Wapiti for me on my trip.

Incredible food and very friendly and helpful team! Highly recommend the Bison ribs, and maple sriracha duck confit poutine. They are both mouth wateringly delicious. Don't miss the maple pie for dessert. A must visit in Golden!!!
Burger place with a decent menu. Swift service, friendly snd considerate staff. Good ambiance. Garlic mash is amazing so is the local beer. Not many options for vegetarians but they would fit in the veg. Patty in any burger you choose from the menu so that’s good. Wood cabinets type interiors resona
Quite literally the best bison burger I've ever had.
The whiskey bacon jam, the wolf's den mayo, the thick Applewood smoked bacon, the onion ring, the bison! Normally when I get a bison burger, it's either not well-seasoned or dry, but this one was perfect. Chef's kiss 😚👌🏼

The food was really good and the service was great, the server was very friendly and talkative and the food was really tasty, I had the Bison burger and my girlfriend had the Elk burger. Both were really tasty and generous sized portions.
