Girl at front counter keeping everything moving. Stellar job taking all these orders....super busy, short staffed...manager could've jumped on a till to help her out but I never saw it happen. She was handling all ppl in front as well as drive thru...where was her help?

I got that new hot chicken combo. When I got be back to my truck and open the bag ,the bun had sauce all over the out as side, and there was quarter of a cup of sauce in the bottom of the bag,what a mess I would not ever by that again.
Very slow service. Had to repeat the order several times. Understaffed as well which would explain the slow service. Stood in the store for a while till we were even acknowledged.
Good food for a FAST Food place but SLOW service
Was at Goderich A&W today. Ordered uncle burger Combo and momma combo. She said it will take 12 min... understand short staffed. 25 min later got a cold order and nothing on my uncle burger, no cheese or bacon. This is 2x now disappointed.
They serve one customer at a time in the drive through, slowest fast food place we’ve ever experienced.
