Review Harvey's - Georgetown

I just bought a bacon and cheese combo, I was clear with the lady "NO ONIONS", and I got 7up and tastes not well and totally understand that can happen because the machine doesn't mix well and I went back to change for lemonade. After arrive at home I found an onions rings( seriously??) I'm pregnant and craving my fries and no there in my order! The store was totally empty when I was there. Not even a rush time or excuse because they were so busy. The cashier was arguing with her coworker and didn't place well my order. I called them and complaint, the manager told me I'll get free burger after but I'm starving now, and craving my fries. Bad experience

My lunch order was prepared perfectly! Super fresh Angus burger and poutine. Tried the new Harv sauce and it was amazing. Good job by the staff as it's a really bad day to be driving to work.

Hi, I keep on visiting this place quite often. The food is not fresh , fries look like the oil have never been changed. And I have seen manager being very rude at times. There is no proper management . Had to wait long for one grilled wrap which was cold at the end. This place really needs an upgrade in terms of food quality.

Fast and efficient service. The eating area was clean. Like the fact that you choose the good variety of condiments to your hamburger for a personalized taste.

My go-to hamburger joint. Tasty grilled burgers and homestyle fries satisfy a craving for a burger platter, no matter how intense. Don't forget to present your CAA card for a 10% discount.

I have ordered poutine’s from here multiple time and the fries are always burnt. I’ve even asked politely to have the fries freshly made and still no improvement.

Wost Harveys experience— Cold Food,uncooked burger buns and fries. Regret not reading the reviews before ordering. Food tasted like it was straight outta the freezer, Buffalo chicken burger barely had any buffalo sauce on it.

This location is never crowed. Service is somewhat quick depending on the drive through rush and friendly.

The service was very friendly and thorough though a little slow at the drive thru likely attributed to people placing large Swiss Chalet dinner orders while we burger and fries-type people are left waiting. Not a biggie though. <br/><br/>The burger was good but the fish sandwich went half eaten before being tossed. It was obviously REfried but too much so as it tasted a little burned. I wouldn’t order it again.

Terrible in Georgetown. Received the wrong order at the drive thru - less than what I paid for. Called to let them know (I didn't want a replacement; just letting them know people are not receiving correct orders). Told them I had already opened it. They said regardless, they would still send a replacement. I thought that was very nice BUT 1/2 hour later when the driver came with the food, he said before he gives it to me, he'll "just need the other food back." WHAT? I was supposed to wait 1/2 hr to eat while everyone else is eating? I was already hungry and annoyed as it was! They didn't tell me this on the phone or I would have said forget it! I told him never mind. I called them back, told them the driver wanted my half-eaten food back, which no one told me and I had already let her know it was opened in the first place. She said sorry and apologized but it was all too late. The whole mess completely RUINED our dinner and I will NEVER go back again. Get the order right in the first place and if they're going to correct it, then they should be gracious about it and allow the person to eat something while they're waiting for THEM to correct their mistake!!

As always a big disappointment. This place has the longest wait time for take-out. Average time is 10 + minutes. By the time they get ALL of your order together some items are cold and the staff has such a poor attitude that they just add to the frustration. :(
