Review Swiss Chalet - Georgetown

Hot and delicious quarter chicken however the fries could have been crispier. Nice atmosphere and quick service.

This is apparently a festive hot chicken sandwich - no gravy, no festive, no coleslaw…. This isn’t the first time they can get an order right… and had to wait 2 hours to get it delivered. Why can’t Georgetown Swiss chalet get an order correct??

Our server Kelly was so friendly and welcoming. 1/4 chicken was hot and fries were fresh. The Owner stopped by all of the tables to welcome people back to the dining room. I thought that was a great touch.

This Swiss Chalet knows how to cook chicken perfectly. We had the white quarter chicken with salad and roll. The chicken was very moist inside, crispy on the outside and cooked through with no pink spots. Our server was Edna and her quality of service, as always, was outstanding.

I made an order but notice hair in my French fries. Swiss chalet quarter chicken dinner for lunch.

I’m always one to give a place a chance to prove themselves. Today we placed an order for delivery. The house they delivered it to and ran , was the wrong address. Delivery person doesn’t even check the address to confirm. Not impressed at all. And I prepaid tip . Swiss Chalet’s standard is fallen greatly. Time to order from elsewhere

Service was fine but the french fries we terrible they appeared like they had been refried and had a strange taste sent them back they brought fresh ones they were better but not the best.....had indigestion for the rest of the event and into the next day.....will never go back

Where are the fries? Where is the HEAT? If you go here to use the drive through it's easily a half hour wait in your car so make sure you are all gassed up. We waited almost 40 minutes and ordered four meals. Good thing we ordered more fries because each meal had the smallest portion of fries. They don't even try to fill the container - you get more if you dine in. In the car on the way home I opened the container to sneak some fries and they weren't even room temp 1min after I received them. The staff is friendly so that is a plus, but the portions are not what they use to be and the wait is too long. Go to the local pub instead...you get tons of fries, excellent service and HOT FOOD
