I work in film and from time to time we need to place last minute orders for large amounts of food. This A&W has proven to be film friendly and had no issues completing my large order in a very timely manor! Thank you for everything and you can bet I'll be calling again! Thanks!

Always make u wait at the front of the store after making a drive thru order. There are customers in the drive thru. Nobody in the store. Been waiting outside now for 14 min. All I ordered was 2 burgers. Staff is very friendly. Just slow as heck

Poor customer service. Only 2 people working on Father day and Drive thru orders were far more of a priority than the people in the restaurant. My party of 4 waited 30 minutes to eat and we were the only ones dinning in. Also had to ask for extra trays to eat on. At least our order was correct…

Employees are rude. Drive thru never tell you how much your order is until you are literally at the puck up window. You are constantly asked to park and wait. Staff cannot understand simple requests (as in no pickles) and food constantly looks like it has been literally thrown together. Real sad exa

The place looked dirty. They had chairs lined up against the wall and there are tables that are normally there but they are missing now. Worst A&W. Not once have they got our order right and they never season fries or onion rings. Messaged A&W and was offered a free meal here. We made sure to ask for extra salt and they still put none on. Always asked to park and wait even when nobody is there. They take forever to complete orders.

very disappointed behaviour of staff at drive thru.. i didn’t even complete the order and girl at drive thru said drive up without even listening .. when i reached at window to pay she and other girl start laughing ….. i am never going to come at A&W.. Management should teach their staff to behave p
