Review Dominios Pizza - Georgetown

Since moved to near to this location I have placed the order many times. Since they have new kids as recruit they constantly messing up pizza order. I personally went there and talk to store manager about quality & finish pizza and he assured it will be good this time. Pictures speak everything. Always thin from middle because they they roll pizza with so much pressure in middle and sides are just a loaf with nothing. Waste of money, time and feedback to manager.

I tried again and it was like they were offended by my post and made it a complete exaggeration of my complaint. Paper thin on one side and dough all on one side. If you won't eat it Shane then you shouldn't be serving it. *** Awesome pizza, great deals. Love it. The only critique I would have is the dough should be stretched evenly and toppings should be spread evenly and to the edges. Not thin in the middle and 2 inches of thick bread outside with all the toppings in a blob in the middle. Sh... needs a little training but still awesome food from everyone.

It has been really exciting and cherishing experience with Domino's. They never disappoint you in delivering food on time with an accurate ingredients on what you ordered. The whole staff is simply amazing... they try every possible way to help customers make their experience ecstatic... Must Try this place

Awful experience tonight. We confirmed both our address and pizza order for delivery by phone, and after 45 mins called back to determine why our pizza had not yet been delivered. We could not get a straight answer from the 3 employee's we talked to (including the manager), other than our pizza was made and sitting there - but had not been delivered as the address and phone number were "wrong" (despite both being confirmed upon ordering). Not sure if there has been a management change as I did not recognize any of the employee's whom we spoke with - but I am very disappointed in this experience.

Round Pizza cut into squares? and arrived in a pile at one end of the box. Delivery arrived in good time but the pizza had no taste, thin crust was not good. First and last order.

Awful customer service from the manager, Dupinder. She was very rude, condescending, and abrupt on the phone when I asked a question about my order, which she wasn't understanding or answering correctly. This was our last try with Domino's and we will not be returning customers after this, unless management changes and/or improves.

Great pizza, great customer service and pizza always arrives on time and hot. Shane (according to the tracker) makes awesome pizza and I am never disappointed!

Ordered 2 chicken Alfredos in the middle of a Sunday afternoon not a busy time. When I picked up the boxes they felt a little light so I opened them in the store. They containers where not even half full and completely burnt. When I complained the associate said that's what it was supposed to look like. I have Ordered this many times and never has it looked like that. I had to leave with no food, extremely disappointing.
