Staff, live music, food + beverage = phenomenal! Without a doubt, worth the drive to Georgetown, and will become a regular!
I recently hosted a wedding reception at Uncorked and it was fantastic!! I was overwhelmed with the compliments on the food and drink!! Everything was absolutely perfect!! Such a great evening!!

Cheese and charcuterie was generous and delicious. Loved the smoked cheese ravioli. Wine was great. We were on a tight timeline and staff worked hard to accommodate us. Can't wait to go back when we have more time. Great to meet you Mike!

An awesome venue to meet with friends, share some amazing tapas and sample some outstanding cocktails all the while enjoying some great live music. And to top it all off...staff that are warm and welcoming as well as attentive. If you haven't been, you should!

I went tonight (Thursday) with a large group of friends and was very impressed. The place was packed, had a great atmosphere and our server was fantastic! While I didn't order anything myself, I did nibble on some of my friends food and it was great too. This is just the kind of place Georgetown has been waiting for.
Best drink (if you're having just one): Smoked Old Fashioned (premium bourbon, house-made demerara syrup, solid ice sphere, maple wood-smoked glass)... not only is the taste unusual, watching it being prepared is a good show.
Best drink (should come in a pitcher): The Perfect Storm (black spiced rum, fresh-pressed lime juice, house vanilla syrup, ginger beer)
Great atmosphere. Wait staff are friendly and welcoming. Always have a great time at Uncorked on Main.
Fantastic atmosphere! Unbelievable drink menu! Very upscale but a relaxed feel! Uncorked is an absolute gem!

Lovely place to both visit, and work! Owners are a delightful, professional couple that make you feel welcomed and valued. They host like it's their home, which makes for a personable dining experience. Live music every Friday and Saturday! Lovely selection of artists, and really nice groups of people tend to frequent this spot.

The staff was excellent. The food was good but the servings are small (tapas) yet the price is higher. The atmosphere is great and there is a bar to sit at and also an area with lounge chairs to sit and socialize.
We were sitting at a normal dining table so that is another option. Definitely a place to sit, hang out and have a drink and snacks
Amazing first time at Uncorked On Main! Excellent food, warm and welcoming staff and great atmosphere. Our server Elizabeth was absolutely incredible! She was so personable and accommodating...went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed everything. Will definitely be back !
