Amazing food.. Angelina is definitely the best server around.. Sunny the manager and the rest of the staff are so friendly and helpful. I would definitely go there again..

Good service, great food, reasonably priced. I had sea bass, well seared, but not dry - just perfect. Will try oven baked pizza next time. They have mafia-theme design and you can browse some props in the basement on your way to the washroom. Even some kind of a prison cell. Overall very good experience, will come back.

I ordered take-out online Wednesday evening for pickup at 5:15. The restaurant website clearly states that times are not guaranteed and that the restaurant will call when the order is ready. At 6:00, when I called the restaurant, I received a cryptic response that I didn't know how to interpret so I asked, "can I pick up the order?". Literally 90 seconds later (that how close I live to the restaurant) I'm at the restaurant and I'm handed my order of pizza & calamari by the handles of a shopping bag. Who carries a pizza box upright on its end? It was a Margherita pizza with little topping so the topping had not slid off. With any other type of pizza the topping would have ended up in a puddle. The calamari did not fare so well. The tomato-based dipping sauce inside the aluminum container was not covered and much of the calamari was covered in it. Needless to say, the food was also cold (did I mention that I live 90 seconds away so no travel time for the food to cool down). I called the restaurant after we reheated the food in the oven and spoke with Lana who advised me that there was no manager on site. She also told me that they no longer call customers when a pickup is ready. I have waited for a call in the past and if calls are no longer to be expected why is this direction still on the website? Lana also advised me that Sonny, the manager, would call me back. It's >48 hours and no call hence this review. The fixes seem simple enough: 1. Update your website to reflect current practices. 2. Put the lid in the dipping sauce. 3. Don't handle an order by the shopping bag handles. 4. If you're truly interested in improving customer service, call a dissatisfied customer back. 5. Some manner of reparations for a very poorly done job.

Fantastic evening! Such a beautiful patio. Great service, Quality food, and an atmosphere that can't be beat. We enjoyed our entire meal. Parents had apps, pizza, and dessert. The kids enjoyed the pasta and gnocchi. Definitely worth a try!

First time at Goodfellas and we were not disappointed! The service was excellent, the food was delicious and the patio was open (bonus!)! If you're looking for a place where everyone can find something on the menu, search no more!!

So my wife and I went to goodfellas. We used to be regulars here but not anymore after tonight. I got the pasta with grilled chicken which was about $27. The restaurant was not busy and yet the food took 45mins to come out. The chicken was burnt and the sauce started making me sick too. I couldn't finish my meal and had to send it back. I didn't make the servers life difficult, but I'd have appreciated if she'd have offered to fix the problem. But she didn't. But I didn't want to order anything else at that point, since I couldn't wait for another 45 mins for food to come out. I won't be back. The calamari was fantastic though.

We are from Quebec and Angelina's service was outstanding. The Calzone is delicious and fits perfectly with a cold Goodfella's Bionda Pilsner. Props to Bala the chef!! Sunny the manager is real professional and friendly. 5* satisfaction is guaranteed.

Delicious and amazing Pizzas and everything else. The homemade crusts are perfect. We had the dessert platter and it was spectacular. To top it all off, our waiter was efficient, friendly, fun and provided top notched service. We will definitely be going back but book early, the place is packed on a Saturday evening.

I must say best pizza I ever had. I love this place. Anyone giving this place less than 4 stars is crazy.

First time visit yesterday. Great ambience, very good service and the food was excellent. A little pricey but it was a small price to pay for an excellent meal enjoyed by all. We live half an hour away but would definetely consider visiting again. Proper authentic Italian Pizza.

Tonight we went to Goodfellas in Streetsville to celebrate my brother’s birthday. The food was disappointing and unlike our previous experiences. The menu apparently changed a month ago. As we ordered dessert, both of my kids who suffer from peanut and tree nut allergies have been raised to be extremely diligent since this is life and death. As such, they asked if the chocolate gelato was nut free. Our server came back and said it was indeed nut free. As my daughter bit into something crunchy, she immediately began to feel a tingling in her mouth. She removed something from her mouth and it looked like a nut. My mom who was also eating a chocolate gelato, picked out an even bigger nut from her serving. My 2-year old nephew was also eating it and he had not yet been tested for nut allergies. Luckily, the kids didn’t have more severe reactions. My daughter specifically, who suffered the symptom was terrified of what might happen to her. What was a celebration could have turned out very badly. And this didn’t seem to faze the restaurant management/owners. The excuse I received is that the staff was unaware of nuts suddenly in the gelato since the menu had just changed, which is completely irresponsible behaviour for a restaurant who can kill a customer with what they serve. In addition, no one else other than our server came to check on the kids and ask if they were ok. I understand that this “oversight” was not malicious. But what came after sure seems like it. Just because the kids were ok doesn’t absolve you from ignorance and the complete disregard for your patrons’ health and well being. For anyone reading this, I urge you to avoid this restaurant who doesn’t care enough about your health and safety, but the food isn’t that great anyway. Don’t waste your money and risk your life. It’s not worth it.

We went to the Milton location. Food was excellent and customer service was exceptional. Kudos to owners Rick and Vince. Also, our server Sara was jovial, well versed with the menu and went out of her way to ensure we had a great experience. Highly recommended!

Ordered takeout as I heard good things. The $17 salad we got was the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen. Bagged mix greens, croutons and store bought dressing. On what planet would that be worth anywhere close to $17?! Next time i’ll be sure to make my own food at home. Would taste and look better. We also got a pizza and calamari, all of which were mediocre... and we spent $70. Never have I had such an expensive meal that was so disappointing.

Best pizza in the GTA. Hands down. I've been there many times and the food has always been delicious!!
